Very basic and inexpensive place to spend a night. Owner was attentive and gracious. Newer furniture and very comfy bed.

Good place, in the boonies, but closer to where I needed to be nice big hotel, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, excellent staff, which is what I look for in the Hampton. Price points are a bit high for the area but when you're only thing around it is what it is. Got breakfast two days in a row standard Hampton breakfast great service, in today's world. You're lucky if you get scrambled eggs and bacon and yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, juice, coffee as part of your stay, but it adds up. This has been fully renovated. Super nice staff completely out in the boonies for me but I stayed further away from my customer to stay here then I could've picking a quality Inn closer to where I needed to go... I'm thinking after all my years of travel, I deserve a Hilton in this lived up to the Hilton name. Highly recommend. read more

I'm not sure how we ended up here because we drove 30 minutes past the town we are visiting tomorrow to get to this hotel. Last minute planning can make that happen, I guess. Lol This is a newer hotel. When I booked it I wanted A king size room and the only option it gave me was a hearing impaired room. No biggie unless there was a hearing impaired person who needed the room. I thought maybe the hotel was full but if it was, it was quiet. We did our keyless check in and arrived around 5 pm. I was planning on using the pool and hot tub but it was outside...lol, and it's December! Our room was comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Our bed cover was light and Fluffy and so We're The pillows. I loved the print on the carpet in the hallway. Everything was nice and clean. We left at 5:30 am so was not there for the breakfast but grabbed a couple to go bags. The to go bags have a bar, muffin, apple and bottle Of water with a powdered flavor if you want to flavor your water. One of the apples in our bag was brown inside and pretty much inedible. But, it looked good on the outside so I can see how it May have been hard to tell. When we left I used the check out in my app and it told me I had to stop by the desk. So, I went back inside and was told I was checked out and sometimes it will do that. I would stay at this hotel again as our stay was comfortable and quiet. BED BUGS!!! I don't know if it was just the room we were booked or if this is a common occurrence, but please PLEASE check for bed bugs as soon as you go to your room! We booked one of the king size beds with a wet bar, top floor of the building. We checked in and immediately looked under the mattress, and there the little buggers were, clear as day, slowly scurrying away from the light to hide away. We thought it was a little suspicious because there was a flashlight under the mattress (did they know they were there before and we were still booked the room?!) THANK GOODNESS, we hadn't put anything down on the beds and left immediately. I do give kudos to the front desk staff for acting genuinely concerned and immediately blocking off that room to keep it from being booked again (hopefully to discard of everything in the room and fumigate asap). The front desk staff was the perfect amount of accommodating, immediately refunded us without question, asked for us to send them the photos we had taken (which made me feel like the front desk staff maybe did not know!) and they let us be on our way with ease. The hotel charge was completely gone off our credit card within 24 hours. If it wasn't for them being so easy to work with, I would have rated one star from the bed bugs alone. They definitely have great customer service, so I do want to give them credit on that: you can teach someone how to clean and treat for bed bugs, but you can't teach someone how to be genuinely nice. read more

Very nice out of the way motel. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and neat. Not a 4-star hotel by way of typical hotel ratings (like the NY Hilton, for example), but a Yelp 4-star for inexpensive hotels. The complimentary breakfast was typical, but well prepared. read more

The staff, especially Alissa, was fantastic! My family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn for a family reunion and Alissa made it that much better by getting as many of us, as she could, on the same floor. The breakfast buffet was great, the rooms and pool were clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. Nothing like sliding into clean sheets after a hot shower to wash away the road grime. read more

We were in Pulaski for one night for a family reason and needed a place to stay last minute. The Hampton inn in Pulaski was super accommodating and a great choice for somewhere to stay. We walked in without a reservation as we weren't sure if it would be convenient to where we needed to go. Well It's near the Walmart, with a gas station, and across the street from a sports bar so it's in a great location. The staff is awesome, polite friendly and knowledgeable about the town and area. They gave us a phenomenal rate because my mom is a veteran which i appreciate because i like doing business with companies that do even though i didn't serve. The hotel looks relatively new, or maybe has been renovated recently. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and smell really good, and the whole hotel was super quiet. The parking lot was very full and we never heard a peep. Long story short, we would definitely stay here again if we needed too! read more

Checked into this hotel after a long day of traveling for work. I was pleasantly surprised! Typically a Hampton Inn located in a small town like Pulaski would tend to be older and in need of updating. But this is a relatively new Hampton. The rooms were nice, the beds comfy and the bathrooms were larger than you'd typically find. There is a mini fridge and microwave, a feature sadly missing from some hotels. There is a small outside pool and a small workout room with some dumbbells, cardio machines and medicine balls. The staff was very friendly. Some of the nicest hotel staff I've encountered. John's quick tips -There is free WiFi, I didn't use it for much other than light web surfing, but it seemed to get the job done -Ask for a room facing away from the highway, unless you enjoy hearing big rigs downshift as you fall asleep -The Perkins next door offers a ten percent discount when you show them your room key. If you want someplace quick that will fill your belly, this is the place. read more

Newer Hotel with Friendly staff. Stayed for one night and overall experience was good. If you have to stay at any hotel in Pulaski this is the hotel you need to stay at. Others in area are trash. Bed was a little to firm for me but just right for hubby. Didn't get a chance to use pool, however, it had clear clean water. We stayed a little over check out and staff was pleasantly understanding. It's next to a Walmart and other retailers. Located some miles from center of town and about 19 miles from Interstate 65. Nice place to stay. read more

Excellent new hotel on the edge of a great little college town. Easily the best stay in town. Lobby is comparatively modern and certainly new. What you would expect from a Hilton property. It's about time a major chain upped the ante in this town - it's a great destination, it deserves a nice hotel. read more

Wonderful. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. The first morning was smoked sausage and it was very good. The children enjoyed a waffle with toppings. Fresh fruit, breads and scrambled eggs. The staff at this hotel was very friendly. True southern hospitality. The hotel is only 9 months old, so the rooms and hotel were clean. Unfortunately the ownership cut every corner they could on quality when building this hotel. In my room, the sink countertop was leaning and looked and felt like it was gonna fall at any moment (what if a kid climbed on top of it?) The towel shelves were already leaning and in danger of falling from the wall. The in Room a/c was noisy (a pet peeve of mine). The breakfast only had turkey sausage and never real bacon (another pet peeve). This is a hotel you stay at because it's the most conveniently located, not because of the experience. read more

BUGS..... Stayed at this hotel aug 19th. Was a nice clean looking hotel. I practically live at Hilton properties for weeks at a time all different properties. I stayed at this hotel overnight woke up in the morning and woke up to my co worker freaking out because he had bug bites all over him. Not sure what kind of bug due to not seeing any bugs but had nasty looking bug bites (10 of them) contacted the hotel and was given a refund on the room was the answer for them. What do I do about my luggage so I don't bring bugs to other Hilton properties or to my house. Never got an answer. Contacted the daimond desk for Hilton and spoke to guest assistance to be told it's up to the manager how he wants to resolve it. He never called me back like he told me he would so I called a few days later to see what the issue was after I spent $300 on new luggage and had to toss all my old and take my clothes to a laundromat and dry everything on high same with my co worker seeing we shared a room so $600 and I'm told there was nothing in the room. what bit us up in the room??? No answer on that never will stay there again read more
