    Water leak

This hotel needs to be a Days inn. It's not a Hilton branded product. Leak spots in the ceiling, half ass remodels that are incomplete, broken down gym equipment in the lobby. The window shade wouldn't open in our room but when I pulled it back I found a cracked window, which is when I found wires going from the ac under the carpet. Clearly these people don't know what a permit is because this can cause a fire. The beds were ok. Hotel was quiet, but I overheard maintenance staff talking about a room that always has ants and they put guest in that room when the place was a half capacity. This hotel does not fit this brand and I hope Hilton corporate comes and checks over the place.

ROACH MOTEL - Entered room and saw a huge flying roach on ceiling. Obviously my wife was not going to stay and candidly, I did not want to either. Took two pictures of the roach and showed desk clerk and told her we could not stay. She said she would not stay either and a refund was promised. We were unable to find a quality hotel room on spot and had to drive home through the night for 9 hours. The next day the Manager, Trish, also promised a refund. It has been two weeks and no refund. I have called multiple times and sent a letter. I have been staying in Hampton Inns for more than 20 years and have never sought a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

From being away from a major population center, this is a pretty solid hotel overall. It's in an easily accessible location right off of the highway, meaning it is really convenient. The rooms themselves are good sizes. The beds are pretty comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. An additional benefit of the room I got was a standing shower, a nice touch that gives the room a more premium feel. I also love that the hotel has 24 hour coffee and hot water out in the lobby and also has complementary hot breakfast. While the breakfast was not amazing, given the price, it was more than acceptable. There are plenty of breakfast choices such as omelettes, sautéed potatoes, bacon, sausage, and all of your other usual breakfast offerings (cereal, bagels, etc.) However, this hotel is definitely starting to show its age and I think Hilton should definitely look at remodeling or renovating this location. For instance, the furniture in my room has definitely seen its fair share of wear and tear and look pretty dinged up. In the bathroom, there's spots where paint is peeling and the shower head just doesn't have much water pressure. The carpet is also starting to get worn down in the rooms and hallways. So overall, for the price, a very acceptable location to stay at. But Hilton can really make their customers even happier with a good refresh of this place.

The water got hit fast didn't have to wait forever. Staff was very helpful and nice. The furniture is dated is why I gave it only 4 stars. On my second day went to reserve 2 more rooms for my family meeting up with me from their vacation they put them close to us so I could visit. (My mom was very surprised). For now on when I come here for work I will be staying here.

Against my better judgement, we still were going to stay 1 night if our 2 night stay (husband was already looking for another place for the second nigh). We got checked in and spent the next 15 minutes or so unloading our things. once get settled in the room, we noticed the dead bugs on the bed and pillow, mold behind the door and in the corners, as well as the issue that the room had been smoked in recently (even though it was rented to us as a non smoking). My daughter and I are extremely allergic to cigarette smoke. Not even 30 minutes later we are both struggling with our throat constructing and difficulty breathing. We both had to use our rescue inhalers to try to lessen the severity of the asthma attack it triggered. We immediately packed our things back up and went to check out. Upon letting the front desk clerk know the issues, she offered to move us to a room on the second floor. We declined as at this point, it was a health issue for us to stay there. I asked for a refund and was denied since we had been in the room for over 30 minutes (but less than an hour). Lesson learned- trust my gut the first time. If you or anyone in your party has allergies, asthma, or a lowered immune system- do not stay here.

There are age restrictions , there are no activities for guests and no naughtiness is permitted like Mountain Creek Grove in Cleveland. They play up the new pool, it is beautiful but on a Friday for the entire day the much played up Bell and Whistle English Style Club was locked , lights off and inaccessible to the guest. We were all sitting around the pool, the hot tub was open but not temping this hot day in July. There are humorous stickers on the access to that as shown in my pictures. Serendipity Nudist Park in Cleveland encourages fun interacting with activities like water volleyball, shooting pool the list is endless here u have the pool and hot tub, no kitchen to order a snack not even a vending machine. The cottages are tiny but I heard they are nice. A new battery plant opened near by and they are renting camp sites to non nudist who are working there while they relocate. They let Meet Up Groups come Friday and Saturday allow them in the Bell and Whistle Pub for a $15 charge . We paid $45 as a couple and got to sit around the pool that's it. There wasn't anyone there overseeing thing except the owners who check u in. While this may seem like a pretty bad review as a seasoned experienced couple who have been to every other place in Ga and Florida this place is exactly what u can get in your back yard with your own pool and a cooler with a meal and drinks from your pocket. They need to step it up and not drop the ball this badly. It's just lazy in my view. There isn't any soap dispensers at the showers .So there it is they have beautiful picture of steps leading up to nothing and a new pool that's very uneven on the bottom and the area around it is so botched up. If it's your first time go anywhere else if it's not do the same.
