Don't stay in Room 103 with the Jacuzzi tub the water doesn't get hot enough to enjoy the tub. Nor does the shower. Very disappointed for the amount that was charged for this room. The carpet needs to be replaced as well. The curtains were stained as if they had gotten wet at some point. Just old and out dated. Reasons this location rocks: *Free wifi along with a three or four computers in the lobby with free printing *Free breakfast buffet complete with eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, waffles and fruit. *Ultra comfy beds. Stayed there after UGA home opener. Incredibly rude staff. Front desk lady could not be more dour if she tried. The elevator sounded like it was going to die and the ice machine on third floor was filthy and happily broken. The room was filthy and DAMP! Smells of mold and the bathrooms need cleaning. Left ONE towel in bathroom. The "breakfast" was runny eggs, stale danish and oil soaked sausage. Waste of money and not worth the headache to stay here. read more

We were very tired when we stopped here. We had been traveling across country for two weeks, staying at various motels, and needed a place to do laundry and finally get a good night's sleep. The staff were all friendly, kind and professional. Below is a photo of one of their lead front desk staff. She was so kind and helpful that I started to feel better as soon as I met her. Who knew luxury was so affordable? I'm in the area for work several times a year, and this time I ended up at the Comfort Suites. Not the cheapest place around, but for my money (well, the company's money) this is TEH BOMB. Spacious rooms, microwaves and fridges, a sitting area with sleeper sofa, decent sized flat screen TV, comfy beds, lots of pillows, free WiFi, free breakfast (assuming you like powered eggs), free coffee in the lobby, indoor pool and hot tub, decent parking options, nearby restaurants, and the Tanger Outlets if that floats yer boat... Staff was very friendly, very helpful, very professional. Entire hotel is non-smoking, there are "smoker's poles" outside in various places. A/Cs pump out COLD air. I know where I'm staying the next time I'm in the area. (Full Disclosure: I'm a harsh rater. Most other folks would give this property five stars.) read more

If you're looking for a stress free visit - book Comfort Suites! It is conveniently located near several restaurants, Home Depot, Atlanta Dragway, Walmart and my personal favorite Tanger Outlets! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast bar is simply amazing! Waffles, real eggs (none of those egg substitutes!), breakfast meat (changes daily which is great for an extended visit), fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, hit coffee, juices - the list goes on! The rooms are super clean which is like a must for me. The beds are clean, super comfortable and fresh! There was a fridge and microwave in the room which we took advantage of ;-) There is a business center in the lobby with several computers, an indoor heated pool which was very nice. I sat at a table and took advantage of the free wifi while my kids played in the pool! I like that there is a restroom right there in the pool room - no need to run back upstairs! Also, there is a separate shower area where the kids rinsed off after playing in the pool. It was very nice. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable. You definitely get your money's worth and I would highly recommend you book your stay with the staff at Comfort Suites! Also, I you're staying in Commerce I'd recommend the newly opened Koji Japanese Steakhouse - they have great hibachi and sushi. We also at ate Commerce Cafe which is a great little country style cafe. Just ask the staff at the front desk - they give great recommendations! read more

Check in was fantastic. The customer service people were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great. However, the room was dirty. There was Doritos in the corner near the air conditioner, the bathroom floor was dirty and there was an apparent leak at sometime at the bath tub and toilet and on the wall. The flooring under the tub was weak and felt as if you were going to fall through if you put too much weight on it and the toilet was much higher on the right than the left making me believe there was significant water damage. This hotel pleasantly surprised me! It was soooo nice! First of all, they give military discounts so it was even MORE worth the money! The lobby was nice, and the staff was wonderful. My friend, whose wedding I was in that weekend, last minute decided to get ready in my hotel room, and the staff was so accomodating. We bothered them for SO much...you know how brides can be ;-) The room itself was modern, clean, spacious, and nice for pictures. Its basically ON the highway but we asked for the 4th floor and heard no street noise at all. Its a stone's throw from walmart, sonic, chi-fil-a, waffle house, and I85. Stayed here for two nights and was blown away at how nice a Comfort Suites could be! When the company booked me here because of a lack of hotels in the area, I was scared to death about what I was about to face. I was amazingly surprised! The hotel is new, clean, modern, and has great staff. The rooms are spacious, up to date, comfy beds, flat screen TVs, and even have real HD television stations! The area around the hotel has several chain restaurants and an outlet mall less than a mile away. Great place next to the interstate and I recommend it if your travels ever take you to Commerce, GA! After staying in a 4 star luxury hotel for a week, we stayed here for a night on the way home. And what a wonderful surprise!! Our room was much larger and more comfortable than than our room at the resort hotel. And the price is such good value. In fact everything was great: staff, cleanliness, pool, breakfast, location. We have stayed at dozens of hotels and I have never felt compelled to write a review (good or bad) so this is a first. Comfort Suites in Commerce receives my highest recommendation. read more

We live nearby but stayed here for 8 nights due to a work being done in our home. It was a great surprise to find out how nice, clean, inexpensive, and new this hotel was. The employees went above and beyond to help with any situation! The indoor pool and hot tub is the nicest we have seen with the pool being much larger than most. The breakfast is wonderful with more selections than we've found elsewhere; and there's always a meat available which is also unusual. The wi-fi works wonderfully, and the tv's are large.
