I have stayed here previously while traveling for work. This time I had broken pipes at camp and needed a place to stay for two days. It was a booking late at night. The ladies at the desk welcomed me and made me feel so much better (I was so stressed from the pipes). My dog and i thoroughly enjoyed the room. Dogs are welcome here which is awesome. When I came back on day 2 once again I was asked how things went today at camp. It's nice to be remembered from when I was here in April but also nice to have people who care!! And can't forget that I somehow managed to cut myself and they quick grabbed bandaids for me. I'll be staying here in the future when I need a hotel!! The check-in process was so fast and the two wonderful girls we met at the front desk (Kati and Bekah) made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be coming back here! Best hotel experience in years. Weather changed our plans last minute in Augusta, and booked the room same day. Incredibly friendly front desk staff, great luggage carts, incredibly clean facility and room, great guest laundry experience, excellent breakfast and opened slightly early. Stayed here last weekend for two nights. Hotel is decent, room was nice, beds comfortable. Room rate was reasonable, we also received a military discount for my Father-In-Law's service, that was appreciated. Complimentary breakfast was standard -- was OK, but nothing too exciting there. Staff was very friendly. There was a situation where a couple of persons wanted to enter our room on the last night of our stay. Central. Updated. Skimping. Pros: updated hotel within walking distance to Margaritas, Texas Roadhouse, and Sears. Look and feel is modern and rooms good sized. Cons: uncomfortable bed, paper and plastic breakfast. Higher priced than competing Marriotts, just up the highway one exit. read more

The place was decent, a little underwhelming for it being a hampton/hilton brand thats for sure. The staff was 100% fantastic and super helpful. The pool room was warm but when you get into the pool it wasnt heated, 3 out of the 4 nights we were there which really sucked. The breakfast was extremely lack lusting ive had better at best westerns. The place itself was just nice and clean and lots of parking so cant really complain about that. read more

I stayed here for business. When I checked in I was greeted by the office manager (I think her name was Vicki). She was incredibly friendly and professional. I asked for a couple of recommendations for running and eating and she gave me a couple great suggestions. The room was quiet and clean. The hotel was situated near the highway, but it was very quiet. Breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn fare. The service was prompt and extremely friendly. Overall, if I end up staying in Augusta, I will stay at this Hampton Inn again. read more

I really liked this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and the never had an issue if you had a problem or needed assistance. I was always greeted with a smile and a hello. I'll be staying up here several time in the next two years, so I'm glad to see that this place was welcoming and easy to deal with. It's nice to find hotels that do take care of their customers, I've spent many a night at ones that don't and this was refreshing to find. read more

After staying at the Senator a few times and being disappointed, I decided to try the Hampton Inn in Augusta. This hotel is in a great location and is near the highway but not so close that you hear road noises. The hotel was very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. The room was a little stuffy when I entered, but I opened the window for a few and it was fine after that. The ceilings were very high, making the room seem larger than it was. The bathroom was huge (I think I might have had a handicapped room) and very clean. The room itself had a microwave and mini-fridge. The TV was a newer flat screen with good reception. The hotel lobby was very welcoming and the staff was great. The concierge called me within a half hour of my arrival to make sure I was pleased with my room. When I forgot my key in my room, the staff quickly helped me. The kitchen staff also did not get mad when I asked her for milk at 5:30 am while she was still setting up. The fitness center, business center, and pool were also great amenities to have on site. I used the business center, which had a printer that you could print to from your room. The fitness center was a good size and had a few treadmills and a few elliptical machines. The pool looked to be on the smaller side. I would definitely stay at the Hampton again next time I am in Augusta. read more

OUTSTANDING accommodation here in Augusta. Lots to choose from in this area for motels but this is a very very good choice! Amazing friendly service staff, happy to help and go above and beyond! Wonderful staff! Late one night we had a little guy crying for milk. I went to the desk and asked if they had any milk that I could purchase and he scoffed and said "no way! Little man is thirsty!" And went to the kitchen to retrieve a small carton of milk. Clean rooms, clean pool. Will definitely stay here again. read more

What I liked about this Hampton Inn was it was clean, new, and quiet. Finding a modern hotel in Augusta isn't very easy as most places around Augusta are old but the Hampton Inn was just the opposite. I stayed here for a week and was very pleased with my stay. My only complaint I had was the breakfast here was horrible and the WiFi never worked thankfully I was able to use the free WiFi from the restaurant next door but overall I would stay here again. read more

Covid has really affected the hotel business, including this one. I understand that and have patience for it but, really did not care for our recent stay. No housekeeping, pool or workouts without jumping thru many hoops. Brown bags for breakfast that were full of carbs and sugar and no choice except what they put in the bag. Two mornings, there were rotten tangerines that we threw away. Yet, no change in price despite such a decrease in service. Non COVID related, there was a lot of unexplained continuous pounding, dropping, and heavy footstep noise above us for all 4 nights, at all times of the evening and night. The apartments located across the parking lot had police cars there on 2 different days. Didn't feel safe to walk around there or park our vehicle on that side. Very limited TV channels. Lighting is dim. The rooms did look clean, not sure about the carpets tho. The people were very friendly. I'm sure they're trying their best given the current situation. But, all in all, don't plan to stay there again. PS. The rooms are nowhere near as big as the photos show. FYI. read more

So they messed up my reservation twice. And no one seems to be able to fix the computer system that keeps sending me the wrong reservation. I hope I don't get double charged. When I stayed there the other night, the toilet was not clean. It had hair and pee on the toilet seat. Other than that it was great. It's my second bad experience with a Hampton Inn and as a Hilton Honors Member, I won't be staying at another one. Always had better experiences with Hilton Garden Inn. read more

I thought the Inn was great. Exceeded my expectations. Clean. Smart. little extras that told me someone here is working and making things top shelf. I loved the coffee - they gave you a choice of robust and mild -- i love robust. the breakfast was great. room was clean and very comfortable.
