Mom was 96 and could not have been happier with her stay. Communication was open and honest, rehab brought her back to full function post multiple hip and pelvic fractures. Her every request was taken with a smile and immediate attention. Unfortunately, she passed 45 days before her 97th birthday due to breast cancer. I recommend this facility highly and thank all the friendly and well-trained staff down to the housekeepers who took time to converse when she just wanted personal interaction.

I finally went down to administrators and filed a complaint with then 3 times in my 10 week stay. magically my medicines were found. I had to bring some meds from home. Fish oil being one of them. They were unable to provide this for 2 1/2 weeks. They have a problem with the pharmacy delivering medications I would rate the nursing staff and CNA staff a 3 stars. there were a few nursing staff I want to give a 5 stars to! Todd, Sabrina,Dana, CNA Coco and Stacy. room cleaner also Pat! you made my stay there for 10 weeks tolerable. I stayed for the PT and OT department primarially.

Dr. Gloria Sanders actually took the time to explain how my body is working and why I have the pain. Then she explained how they were going to help me heal. So with the help of therapy staff, Joann, Cathy and Melonie, I am back to walking normally again and can walk more than a block or two! I'm not in constant pain anymore and can finally go on outings with my family without having to rent an electric scooter. I'm so glad I found Gloria, Joann, Cathy and Melonie. If is not that they sold me , but the delivery was on a scale of 1-10, 10 being best a 20! Their paperwork is flawless, their ability to deal with the individuals insurance is excellent. I unfortunately had to wait a while to be seen but everyone was really nice and helpful. I'm very pleased with the service and how this facility is ran. I haven't met many doctors who specialize in orthopedics who were so friendly and made me feel comfortable and who also explained my xrays and options. The nursing staff was patient and kind, no matter what she needed. The PT staff was upbeat and amazing and the activities staff went out of their way to be sure she was included in day to day activities. There were lots of fun and inspirational things to do as well-- bingo, exercise, games, worship services, and contests. Kevin was by with his cart every day to serve hot coffee and cocoa. The food was actually pretty good for all the meals the cook staff had to prepare and alternates were offered in case a patient preferred those.
