At…read morefirst, I didn't head the warnings, thinking it was something I had to adjust to, seeing my baby come home with severe rashes! The last straw for us was when we picked up my 10 month old and witnessed something no parent should ever have to go through. When we first walked in the daycare, we heard screams of bloody murder, but never imagined it was our little baby. The front desk phones in as soon as you walk in to the daycare to warn the teachers that the parents have arrived. This gives them the opportunity to pick up your baby so you don't see that they've been crying. When we saw our baby, crying his eyes out, he couldn't even move! We picked him up immediately and he was stiff! He had been crying for so long, his shirt was wet and his eyes were red! He was trembling from the shock! They said he had pooped earlier and had a rash! Guess what, he was pooped again and they just let him sit in it for so long that he was almost bleeding. When we were able to change him, his poop was dry and stuck to his raw skin! They didn't even care to apply Vaseline, which I had made it mandatory during every diaper change. The fact that they let him cry for so long knowing he had a rash, is the most disturbing thing in the world. It is as if it was done on purpose. Brittany, who was his care taker, only had one other baby in the room and he was fine. There was no excuses for sick abuse! The owner, Samantha, defended the abuse and it's clear they don't care! They run a welfare daycare! I've seen teachers yell at little toddlers who can't even understand what they're being told! The owners don't do anything about it! Please, please, don't leave your babies there! Don't leave your babies there, please! They don't deserve a star, but I had to select one in order to leave this review.

Golden Triangle has a gym, pickle ball, a swim team, and a fabulous wellness floor with great cardio and weight machines, as well as free weights. It is a no judgement zone. They even offer scholarships so more people can afford memberships, plus if your insurance includes Silver Sneakers, the Y has that program.

We loved Ms. Nicole when she was in the infant room and she has been incredible as the head teacher in his toddler room. Sign language and valuable social skills are just a few of the wonderful things he has gained while learning with Ms. Nicole. Our children are our world and the teachers understand that and form a bond with each child that lasts beyond their time with them in their classroom. I also need to mention Ms. Himiko who is incredibly organized, professional and helpful on a daily basis. I can't thank these ladies enough for all they do!

Just wanted to follow up on my initial review of MKA 5 years ago…read more I've had many people reach out to me with similar stories. The center has had high turnover for teachers. The director at the time told me that my then 4/5 year old son was difficult, impossible to deal with, didn't listen, and would do poorly in public school. They refused to give him additional work to do in Pre-K, saying they could only give him the same items that the other children had; he was constantly finishing work before others and was bored. MKA kicked him out 3 weeks before Pre-K graduation, so his academic career did not have a qualifying Pre-K certificate. He was diagnosed with severe ADHD when he began kindergarten. With the right medication, and taking karate daily, my son grew leaps and bounds. His teachers in elementary school were all aghast that he was kicked out of Pre-K since they could see he was just bouncier than other kids. He just began his last year of elementary school, and is a 2nd Dan black belt in karate. He is consistently on honor roll, and is an all around happy guy. Just beware that some centers really do not have the time or patience necessary for kids. If my son was one who didn't have ADHD, then he may have done well at MKW.

All of the girls are so sweet and really cater to your kids needs. They are unbelievably clean and always friendly and excited to see your little one come into the class. The directors are great too. I would give them more than 5 starts if I could!
