Thankfully, that didn't happen to us. Be aware, though it says "Luxury" apartments, they're far from it. A lot of the items are old or of cheap quality and will break. Finally, you will be left to foot the bill from your security deposit and beyond in some cases. There are better options available in North Augusta/Augusta. Avoid this one. It's also a gated community, so you require a clicker to open the gate. The only bad thing about this gate though is it's not sensor based; meaning if you take a while or training behind a vehicle and the gate is closing, it will close on your car. Most gates for apartments I've been to are sensor based so if a car is coming through as it's closing, it will re open. The room are modern and pretty cozy. I'd like to make a complaint about how loud the AC system is when running; if you're a light sleeper like me, you'll definitely need ear plugs. The surrounding area is decent, especially for those working at the local hospital; it's a short community. Only downside is there is a train track right across the street. That means traffic when trains are crossing and even worse, waking you up at night from the sound of the training coming and going. The staff here have been generally nice and pretty receptive to maintenance requests taken care of efficiently. Plenty of parking, never had to worry about not finding a spot within the gated area. Overall a good place to stay without paying too much of a premium. Only downside is the environment noise for those who are light sleepers. Solid 3.5/5 because those negative factors mentioned are huge deal breakers for me.

Front gate breaks and doesn't get fixed in a timely manner- sometimes a month or two (not a secure parking area as they advertise on their website). Fitness center has a lot of broken equipment. Treadmills are intermittently down and now unplugged for a couple months because of safety issues. Ellipticals are also down. Rowing machine does not work. Upper management needs to actually invest just a little of their profit to maintain the standard that they pretend to have and apparently won't do it.

The Management Team care about the residents and are spontaneous in addressing concerns and maintenance issues. The maintenance team follow up so quickly you forget you had the problem. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. You see the landscaping team out after heavy weather giving the area a manicure where ever needed. There are planned activities for the residents such as salsa night with food and salsa lessons, trivia night with pizza, and more. Food trucks on different evenings so you can skip cooking or driving to a restaurant a few nights a month. And there is a gym. The apartments are spacious beautiful,modern, with grand porches and balconies. The Management Team do their best to maintain a peaceful, comfortable, pleasant environment. Call and schedule a tour.
