Oil change was so quick, and they said : oh its great, no recall. BS not even 72 ish hours later I get these flashing codes in dashboard. About being so many miles until my truck went into limp mode. This dealership was the closest to our BnB (new to area) and took it in. The lady at desk was the new service director (Taylor) and I explained the previous place and my utter disgust with them. Not only did this service center take it seriously, she was honest and said they would need 24 hours to inspect it. 24 hours later, they text me with news it was the recall. It took one week for them to get part, get it installed AND Rebecca went to bat for me and made sure RAM covered an additional faulty part, that had failed due to the recall part. I was ready to give up hope on dealerships here, and this place shocked me. I will gladly drive here to see both the awesome women who keep it real and honest. Even if I buy a home in another parish. Aggravating when service departments try and scam you. Rainbow actually sent me what looked like a bill for 240$ + last week...in the Itty bitty tiniest print at bottom it explained it was an offer for their extended maintenance package. Jack-holes!!! My mum or any other older person I know would have genuinely thought it was a bill and paid I am genuinely considering filing a complaint with BBB or whatever Louisiana allows for that shady/deceptive letter. Hands down I will recommend BOTH these women to anyone looking for service!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER!…read more I scheduled a vehicle repair 4+ weeks BEFORE bringing my RAM into the dealership for repair (because they couldn't see my truck sooner). Four days before my SCHEDULED appointment, I brought my RAM there and dropped it off. I didn't hear ANYTHING about my truck until I called 15 days after dropping the truck off. They were supposed to call me back that day, but they did not. I called the next day (day 16), and they couldn't find my truck, my paperwork, or my keys. No records of my vehicle. They did call back once that day (at the end of the day), saying the truck was "finished days ago" and that they "forgot to call me." I asked what was wrong, and I was told that they didn't even look at the reason the truck was brought to the shop (likely needs a new PCM based on another shop's review). All they did was update software AND DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE ACTUAL ISSUE. My truck was left there for a specific repair, lost, and without a call when they STOPPED WORKING ON IT so I could get my truck, they just never even looked at the reason I brought it to the shop! I called back the next day (day 17), and they STILL had not looked at it the actual issue. I removed my truck from this service center. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER!

First issue was the first available appointment was 3 weeks out. Parts had to be ordered (understandable) was supposed to be a couple of days. after not hearing from them, not able to contact by phone after leaving messages my husband went over there and was told mechanic was at lunch (10:30 am) after an hour or so was told mechanic was not there and they couldn't find the paperwork! When work was finally completed the bill shows work that I was told they recommended not to do. I had a tire throw a belt - getting new tires and was charged for a tire rotation (buying tires elsewhere) Will not return to the service center - and more than likely will find my next Jeep somewhere else

No real issue with her. Everything else? A masterclass in dealership BS. The car I was looking at was listed on Hyundai's website at $32,652 -- already factoring in a $500 rebate and a $1,739 dealer discount. When I contacted them for a proposal, they matched that number, then quietly added $1,995 for an "Import Corner Pro Pack" and $795 in "admin fees" -- nearly double the ~$475 doc fee you'd see at most dealerships. Out-the-door total: $40,213. When I said I didn't want the add-on garbage and wanted to finance through HMF at the advertised rate (excellent credit, no issues), they told me I couldn't have the full advertised discount. Classic. I came back with a competitor's proposal -- all fees included -- at $37,514.73. Their counter? $38,799.75. They presented this with a straight face as the better deal. The finance manager said he needed to "make some money on the car," which translates plainly to: he wanted to pocket as much of Hyundai's customer incentive as he could get away with. Then the finance guy -- with genuine confidence -- assured me that when I got to the other dealer, they'd tack on the same fees, and boldly claimed theirs were the cheapest in the state. They were not. I bought the car from the other dealership for exactly what they quoted. $1,284.02 less. No surprises, no games. The other dealership said I couldn't get the full incentive either but still took some extra off the car. Probably not the best I could have done but the wife was getting impatient and it was close enough to what I wanted and I didn't feel quite as bent over like I would have at Bill Hood.
