The staff is super helpful and very responsive to any questions or maintenance requests you might have. Jodi, who is in charge of maintenance, is super friendly and she genuinely cares about the residents and does a great job keeping the Enclave at a high standard. The location is also very desirable with a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Overall, this is a great place to live and is why I've resigned year after year.

Can't beat the prices and value provided for the amount of space in each unit. As with any apartment, issues with inevitably arise - the difference is how they are handled. Jasmine (complex leasing manager) does an exceptional job at addressing things promptly and ensuring a solution is reached. She'll remain on sight after hours to see things through, if needed. I can honestly say working with Jasmine is what brought me back to Forest Ridge a few years later when my housing situation changed. She's easy to work with, extremely flexible and just an all around fabulous person. She cares...and that shows...plain and simple. Maintenance staff is also prompt and willing to help however they can. Can't say enough about my experience here. The units themselves may not always stand out in any particular way (though as I mentioned - they are spacious, some have fireplaces or a nice patio area), but it's everything else that sells it!

The manager Danita is wonderful and not only makes you feel at home had things ready for me, and the apartment was very clean and beautiful upon move in. It's a spacious apartment that is really kept up which is very appreciated. When I had some little minor repairs and things that occurred, she responded quickly and helped me out. Less than 1 yr later, after extremely light and seldom use it looks hideous, and is now unusable, without the repeated expense of reupholstering it again. I travel the majority of the time and am rarely home. On top of that, it is myself alone, and I barely weigh 100 lbs, so use would be considered by anyone to be about as minimal as you can get. ... Kamal and son not only refused to stand by their own defective fabric, but were needlessly rude and condescending about it. I would go out of my way to deter anyone from doing business with them. ... Be advised that they are overly friendly and personable to obtain your business, but just the opposite when it comes time to standing by what they sell. I regret the unfortunate experience of walking thru Kamal's door.
