She was attentive to our needs, and worked to send us listings that met the parameters we gave her. She was always flexible and available for scheduling showings in person, even on short notice. She gave us plenty of space to make our own decisions but was also there to answer all of our questions and offer her expertise when we needed it. Since this was our first home, we didn't know what to expect throughout the process, but from beginning to end, Jodi guided us through every step and was able to make great recommendations for lawyers, loan officers, inspectors etc. She was always well-prepared, returned all our calls and emails promptly and got whatever information we needed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend working with Jodi. She's clearly well-respected in the field and it's easy to see why.

We needed to close quickly and she helped close in just over a month, working with the lawyers, building management and board to act quickly and help with the process. She even worked with the buyers to get me the paint used to paint the apartment so I could paint over some spackling. I do not exaggerate when I say she made every one of my requests happen and quickly. She facetimed me late at night to review matters, made sure I was looking for the right things in the apartment whenever I would go to inspect alone, and made many arrangements for me to swing by for various reasons before the close. . I didn't ever feel like she was taking advantage of me or favoring the seller, even though she was the seller's buyer, which was very important for me without a buyer's broker. She's incredibly knowledgable and I didn't find her pushy throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

During the searching process, Da'Ja followed up every other day to check in and provided most recent status for each property. She helped us analyze our preferences, listened to our concerns, and filtered through the available listings. Da'Ja was super resourceful. Prior to meeting Da'Ja, our first lending officer was very slow in responding and didn't offer us much information on the type of mortgage we could get. Da'Ja came in and introduced us to an amazing lending officer who was very insightful, and willing to work out all the issues we had. Prior to our closing, there were a few things that need to be fixed in the property, and Da'Ja was on top of the list. She had everything documented and communicated each detail with the selling side. We were first time home buyers and we were expecting many many uncertainties and issues. Da'Ja made sure the process had as little obstacles as possible and we were comfortable with our choices. If in any cases we'll be looking at the home market again in the future, Da'Ja would be our first choice.
