Fast, cheap, and friendly. These guys were able to get me an estimate, parts ordered, and repaired…read morewithin four days for an incredibly cheap price. Took them a minute to get an estimate in; another body shop had to schedule me a week out just to get an estimate with an anticipated repair date 3 weeks later, and they ball parked the cost via phone at double the price Delines charged me. Definitely an underrated shop.

I stopped at the very end of the day @ 4:40p and by chance, spoke with Leo, the owner. I explained…read morea "noise" I was hearing in my Honda - I said I know it is late and hot! and I would be happy to return another day. Leo listened and then said, let's go for a ride. We did, he listened and said, it's probably your right rear tire. We returned and he took the additional time to point out the tread on each tire! He bent down to show me and Leo did this with a painful sciatic pain in his leg! Leo advised me to replace my tires (I was procrastinating before the winter season) and to come back if I heard the same noise. I replaced my tires, no more noise but if I ever have a car problem, I will go to Thesier! Thank you, Leo!

They kept my car for over 2 months. Never would call us to let us know what was going on with it…read more We had to call them weekly. Didn't fix what was asked or what they said they would. The woman at the desk told us the wrong information. Told us three different times it would be done by a certain day and obviously it never was. It was brought there originally to get inspected, and that never happened. My husband was handling calling them until I had had enough and called to see what was going on. The owner was very rude on the phone with me. I have a feeling they didn't appreciate a woman questioning them. After I did they claim they heard someone say something they didn't like as they were hanging up and called and told us to pick up the car. After two months of being there and them telling me it was almost done they only put on two control arms. I have never dealt with such a run around! There was a mess up in the beginning with parts we ordered that were incorrect so we take full responsibility for 2 weeks of that, but the rest was their incompetence! The car wouldn't turn over when we picked it up so I am sure they had not touched it or tried starting it in a month!
