I booked for my friend's bachelorette party and I am beyond thankful I found them. The original bar we went to wasn't what we expected. I was so stressed because I wanted the bride to be happy. Since Racquel and DaMante are so amazing and attentive, they checked on us and offered to take us to other spots in town. Since they had connections, we were able to go to all the best spots! At one bar, DaMante took over the entire place and became the DJ and hype man. It was like a movie. He made the place come alive and we would have had a boring night without them. Above and beyond would be an understatement. They were also so caring and patient looking after 20+ women having a good time! The vibes and service were immaculate and I will forever cherish this experience and how happy it made my friend. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had all thanks to Racquel and DaMante. Incredible humans and business. Also, Racquel is a fantastic owner. Excellent and timely communication and so warm and kind. I could not recommend booking with them enough. All I expected was transportation, lights and some good music to our destination. Little did I know they were the entire party! Thank you so much Racquel and DaMante!!!

Let me start out by saying had I read these reviews prior to booking our Christmas Party I would…read morehave looked elsewhere. In April I contacted The Winerie about a Christmas Party on Dec. 5th 2025, at that time I spoke with the Manager who was let go before our party. We received all the menues and contracts. We signed the contract and made the deposit. In October we never heard from anyone to finalize the menu so I reached out to the said Manager and I was told she no longer works there and gave me the "new" managers number. I called and sent numerous texts with no response. We finally called Winerie and spoke with a bartender who stated she would have someone call me back. I did get a text that said when is the best time to call you, I told her anytime before 2:30. A few days later she called back we touched base on what we had planned, she asked if we signed a contract and made a deposit as she has no record of us booking. From that point on I no longer had phone conversations with anyone everything had to be done via text. When I asked if someone could call she stated no she is very busy as she wears many hats. Fast forward to the time of our party!! UGH they had 5 tables reserved with a white tablecloth on them thats it no salt/pepper no water nothing. Okay fine we can overlook that. The food was finally served and they put out a tossed salad that was big enough for 1 person, when we went to ask for more they stated sorry we have no more lettuce in the whole place. We were supposed to get rolls and butter nope they didn't have those either. When we went to the bar for beer they ran out of that as well we had to change what we drank. The roasted carrots where hard the potatoes where spungy. The chicken was DRY as the saraha desert. The lasagna was very good. We ran out of food!!! We had to go to the bar and ask if they had any more they said oh yes we will get someone to bring more. They brought our more lasagna and some cabbage that they called a salad but never brought out any chicken. We had to ask for salt and pepper, and more plates. No one cleaned off the tables after dinner we had to bus our own tables and put them on an empty table. One of our guests bit into a bite of chicken and pulled out a 3" piece of dark hair that had food attached to it. The desert constisted of cheesecakes from Sams Club. No one came to check on us at all during the evening, we had to go ask where we were set up, and had to ask when food was going to be served. When we went up to pay they did take money off the bill because we complained but then turned around and charged us a 20% gratuity. Why, why didn't we get to say what we wanted to pay because we had no service other than the bartenders getting the drinks. I do not recommend this facility RUN!!! My husband and I would have NEVER had our wedding here. We had a cash bar at our wedding and our guest were okay with it. We even told them before the event. One guest tried to bring their own drinks in but were told no by the event coordinator. Our guests respectful their request. However, the bartender told them to pour their drinks into a styrofoam cup and bring it in. Again no! That will get our event shut down. The bartender was rude to our guest, swearing at kids, overcharging our guest for drinks. We had guest tell us they were charged $4 for pop when on contract it was $2,$6 for cranberry with no alcohol, someone charged $14 for a pop and a high noon,as well charging men less then women and after the wedding reception we were told she served someone underage alcohol as she wasn't checking IDs. My husband asked the bartender nicely for help opening the champ bottles. The bartender old him, "I'm your bartender not your fucking event coordinator. Go find her". My husband was soon down with that and went to go find her. He told the event coordinator either we get a new bartender or no more drinks. She called the owner of the place and said if she leaves, no more drinks. My husband said okay, he got on the mic and asked everyone if they wanted any more drinks. Everyone said no and he turned to the coordinator and said "get her the fuck out" to the bartender. Many people have asked us if we believe that the bartender was acting the way she did because it was two gay guys getting married and I honest believe that. If we had a choice to pick our own bartender it would be different. After the reception we found out the catering service we had was denied heating elements and utensils. Just not the stove. When our catering service asked for help and assistance, the coordinator said under her breath, "what kind of catering company are you, you fucking Mexican." My husband's aunts stepped up to help the catering company we had. When we brought up the issues with the owner of the event hall about the bartender and underage serving. He brushed it off as it was nothing. My husband informed the owner that someone recorded him going off on the mic and uploaded it online and how it's going viral. The owner said that was unprofessional of that person. But yet it wasn't unprofessional how the bartender and coordinator acted? I will be sure that all my friends, family and my husband's family and friends never host an event here
