I was so impressed with this company!! The technician checked out our dishwasher and determined that a certain part needed to be replaced, but when the part came in and he came back to install it, the problem persisted. He determined that another part needed replaced and was willing to cover the cost of that part himself, even though it was $164! Honor like that is rare these days!! Still waiting for my $255 refund from over a year ago that this guy promised me because he sold me a piece of junk part that he said was brand new. Texted him multiple times and he finally said after 6 weeks of trying to contact him that he was in the hospital . Apparently he's still in the hospital because he hasn't paid me back yet. Call someone else! November 6th Mat came out to fix my gas stove. Bad igniter he said, repair would be $175, and he wanted half up front. Two more visits and he was unable to fix my stove. He installed 2 separate parts and it did not work. When the next repairman came he said the part was installed upside down. After he installed it correctly the oven has worked nicely. Matt said he would refund my money, but he has not answered or returned my calls, and there has been no check in the mail as he claimed, and it is now November 18th. read more

This man has blackmailed us. Said we had to remove the negative review in order to get our washer back was angry and refuses to return. Lies and changes his story constantly. His company said they would fix and return. Read all his replies. He refuses to return. We will pay the balance once received as he stated in our ORIGINAL agreement. We have been advised to file a police report for thief. If I I could give a zero I would. Beware!! They have had my washer for two weeks. Multiple excuses. Now trying to get my appliance returned. I will have to file a lawsuit in small claims court to get this resolved. Stay away! Updated to review: Slander would be false statement , everything in my review I stand by. Communication has been almost entirely on our part. We have made all the calls and inquiries regarding our appliance. Mr. Hall your wife has hung up on us multiple times. The ONE phone call we received on September 11th we were out of town ( yes we planned a vacation before you took our washer nearly 2 months ago). Upon our return we called to get the appliance delivered. We are very sorry for your health condition unfortunately you had our washer for 2 weeks before that even happened when I was told by you initially it would be at most 7 days. Horrible. This guy is a crook. Run the other way. Called Halls Appliance to fix a refrigerator that stopped working. Compressor was still under warranty He removed the compressor and said he would order the replacement, should be here in 5-7 business days. We have him $900 to order the part. 4 weeks and many voicemails/text messages later, he shows up and replaces the compressor. Next day, refrigerator is not cold, and I call back, and Hall states, "it's not worth me fixing" and stated he would refund our money. That never happened. We called another repair company to assess the damage. Thats when we found out that Hall had replaced the compressor with one that wasn't compatible. He also removed some of the circuit panels. So much for that 10 year warranty. Replacement cost for a similar model refrigerator: $3000. Thanks Halls Appliance Repair! If you use this crook, you have been warned! This guy is a crook! Buyer beware. He came out to look at our refrigerator, said we needed a new compressor. Took 3 weeks to get the part and when he finally came back and installed it, the fridge didn't work. I had sears appliance take a look at it and they said the wrong part was installed and the work was shoddy. It ended up taking out the entire fridge. We paid matt $925, of which he has not returned a single dime. He will tell you he's going to return your money but he doesn't. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. Hire a professional. This cost is the $925 for the repair that was no good plus a new refrigerator. read more

Matt attempted to fix our oven, put in wrong part or faulty part, stopped all contact with us for the past three weeks, said it would be under warranty, had to hire a competent repair person who returns texts/calls to fix the problem.
