Their deep care as a team shows, as they find the root cause to the problem instead of only medicating you for your symptoms and marking you with a label. They aim to help you heal as naturally as possible. Between injury rehab and nutrition/ gut health, Mitchell and Kate are genuine in building an honest and authentic relationship with their patients. The result is empowering and uplifting, leaving you with a sense of strength on your path to wellness.

I was also super nervous about getting a back adjustment but he talked me through it and it wasn't scary at all. Their facilities are also super convenient with parking, a bunch of equipment, etc. Would highly recommend!

Review: I brought my…read morefour‑year‑old to this ER because she was having chest pain and body aches from coughing for two days. She hadn't vomited at all until we arrived, but once we got into the waiting room she threw up everywhere. Not a single staff member got up to help. I had to get up myself, ask for assistance, and ask for something to clean it up. Someone eventually came with a towel, wiped the floor, and walked away. Did not sanitize the floors chair. We waited about 30 minutes before being taken to a room. They gave her Tylenol and ran a COVID/RSV test. While she continued vomiting in the room, we were told we needed to go back out to the waiting room because they "needed the room." I questioned how it could be safe or ethical to send a vomiting child back into a crowded waiting area, exposing her and everyone else to more germs. Their response made it clear they didn't care. At that point, I decided it was better to take her home than force her to sit in a waiting room covered in vomit. As we were leaving, we saw a grown man vomiting all over the waiting room floor with no help, no vomit bag, nothing. That's the environment they expected my four‑year‑old to sit in. The lack of compassion, hygiene, and basic standard of care was shocking. The whole experience felt chaotic and dismissive--more like being told to "pull forward and wait" at a fast‑food drive‑thru than an emergency room where sick children and adults are supposed to receive care. I left extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of care here.

I honestly can't thank NP Peter Yu enough. I am a 20-year-old nursing student, and when I first…read morecame to him, I was pretty skeptical about functional medicine as it is not something we learn about in traditional medicine education. I had been struggling with mold toxicity along with a host of other symptoms and felt truly stuck, but he completely changed that for me. From the very beginning, he listened so well and really took the time to hear my whole story. Prior, I had seen my PCP, an allergist, and had countless visits to urgent care where they all could not find a cause for what I was experiencing, recommending I address "anxiety." On the other hand, NP Yu explained everything in a way I could actually understand, breaking down everything and helping me see the bigger picture of what was going on in my body. He identified the right testing, uncovered clear biological markers, and built a comprehensive plan to address the root issues. For the first time, I felt like I wasn't just being treated for symptoms, I was actually being cared for as a whole person. Because of his guidance, I've experienced dramatic improvements that I never thought were possible, and also genuinely learned so much. What really sets him apart is not just his knowledge, but the way he genuinely cares. I left every appointment feeling heard, understood, hopeful, and supported. If you're on the fence about functional medicine like I once was, I can honestly say NP Yu is the person who can help open that door for you. He's made such a difference in my life, and I'm truly grateful.

Each time, I left messages for the provider, and the message I got back was, "the provider says you have to come in." These were relatively minor issues that, in the past, other offices were able to answer over the phone. We all know that health care is now big business and the providers don't get paid unless they have someone come in. Recently I called to set up an appointment with an alternate provider (in the same office), and I was told that wouldn't be possible. They even put me on hold to verify this. I have never experienced this before. After reading some of the other reviews, the providers might want to take a serious look at the office staff. I went in with a sore throat and was swabbed for COVID and strep, had a brief conversation with a PA and left with an Rx for steroids. The bill was $638. It cost $250 to walk in the door, the conversation with the PA was an additional $88, and the COVID swab alone was $250. It was billed as PCR (it was not, results were available within 10 minutes). After multiple phone calls and emails, the consensus with their outsourced billing department is that they don't know what they providers charge for and the consensus at the urgent care is that the rates are set by the outsourced billing department. No one reached back out to me. I don't even care that I waited 2 hours past my appointment time. I just can't understand how I could owe them almost $200 for such basic services when they already received well over $400. I would recommend asking them to run the numbers on anything they offer to do- could have saved several hundred dollars by letting them know I already tested negative for COVID at home on a $7 test.
