I don't normally post here, but I'm compelled to based on his service in helping us buy our home and selling our home. He has gone above and beyond what any realtor would do. When we moved to Indianapolis he was recommend to us, and man was that a stroke of luck. He helped us settle in to the city and even gave us a referral so we could get into the daycare his daughters went to. When we went to sell our house we hit some speed bumps. We were blindsided by a mutual release at no fault of anyone. He did not despair and worked harder. During that time we moved out of state but Phil worked tirelessly to insure we were in the best position to go back on the market. Due to his hard work (cleaning, touching up, and advertising) we secured a new offer in a matter of days. He guided us into a mutually beneficial deal for both us as a seller and the buyer. I can not tell you in one post how amazing he is. You need to find out for yourself. Seriously this guy is amazing.
