I've waited in your waiting area for over 45 minutes before being seen yet it's ok when I'm late 15 minutes we've gotta reschedule the appt. Ive gotten threatening letters saying there not going to refill my eye drops until I'm seen again. With this ridiculous "your late" no one in the inside waiting & 2 people waiting by the reception.
