I went here looking for a car for a family member. So I walked the lot and saw a few that were of interest but I decided I better wait until my husband could come look as well. I didn't want to waste anyone's time. As I was looking, I had someone(Owner maybe. Sorry, can't remember name. I want to say Jeremy but I could be wrong) come out and ask me what I was looking for. I told the person and he said " I have one over here that would perfect. " It was a Honda sedan and it was halfway under a 10x10 canopy and kind of blocked buy some cars in lot and looked like it needed to be completely rebuilt and the window said "Mold" He told me to ignore it and they would get it to driving condition. He also said" once we do the fixes it needs it will go up in price" That car is still on the lot and looks like they do "their fixes to it" So be careful and make sure you take any car from this lot to a mechanic and body shop because he told me it was a clean title and it, in fact would not be a clean title if he reported the fixes to Carfax. Of course it will be a clean title if you fix it in house and don't report it. He said the fixes were minor and they in fact were not. The car looked like it had rear-ended someone and spray painted. Also, he definitely would let the cars sit instead of moving on their prices. Even if you pay with cash. I thought going with a "small town" dealership would be a good idea. I paid the deposit and put my order in for a GMC2500 diesel with Hall Motor. Since I got my own financing, I would essentially be paying cash for the truck and told Juston I would be taking care of the license and registration myself. After a 3 month wait, the truck arrived and I was sent a contract. Listed on the contract was $384 for "License, Title, Transfer, DMV". I questioned this since I would be taking care of these items myself. I was told this is "processing fees" even though there was a separate $200 "Documentation Fee". I told them the right thing to do would be to remove these charges but, I would still be purchasing the truck. I got a call from the dealership late the day before I was to pick up the truck and was told they would not be selling me the truck I ordered and to buy one somewhere else. I asked why and no answer was given. I hung up the phone in disbelief. After a sleepless night, I got up the next morning and sent a sincere email addressing the owner. I thought maybe there was some misunderstanding. I even acknowledged the fees would beapplicable. I never heard back. Juston sent me a text asking where to send my deposit and I asked why they would not sell me the truck I ordered. No reason was given. He said the decision was final and, he would no longer be responding. I contacted GMC about the situation and they filed a complaint against the dealership. GMC informed me (3 weeks later) that Hall Motor would not sell me the truck because I refused to pay the additional fees. Simply not true. I acknowledged in my email to the owner the fees would be applicable. I ended up ordering a truck from a dealership in Klamath Falls (a much better experience) and got more truck for the same price I was paying at Hall Motor. read more

DESTROYED OUR TRAILER. CLAIMED NO FAULT. We called for a tow and fix due to a broken wheel barring. They tipped our trailer off of the flatbed when unloading, where it then crashed into another vehicle, and was totaled. We asked Hall, the owner, to replace our trailer that they destroyed, disregarding the damaged contents. Hall refused and said he would help us by not charging US for the tow, insulted us saying our stuff "wasn't much to look at anyway" and that he was doing us a favor by telling us to "just go buy a new one". The costs in-cured by having to board in town (we live in Washington) , replace the trailer, and reload our expensive, broken equipment that was on said trailer, is enormous. The time and effort it will take to salvage and move everything is overwhelming. The owner Hall has left us shocked. Fully damaged our property beyond repair and he claims no responsibility. Do not trust them. And don't buy a car from his dealership either. yes, we are suing. read more

Highly recommend to stay away from this dealer. They will tell you what you want to hear and it's BS. Bought a used truck from them and it had been "fully inspected". It showed up with numerous issues and an oil leak that were not disclosed. Also I am still having trouble getting it registered because the title was filled out incorrectly and they will not help at all. They keep blowing me off saying they will get the previous owners info from the title clerk. Been waiting about three weeks for that and still nothing. Pretty sure it's unlawful for a dealer to sell a vehicle that can't be properly registered or titled. read more

I'm debating on whether this should be a 4 or a 5. The mechanic I got was Quinton and he did a great job. He would have gotten a 5 star review if not for one thing. I'll explain that after the positives though, which I consider a 5 star service. So I got a flat tire on this cliff side near Langslet Monument rest area. If you look at the satellite picture above the middle "140" marker, you can tell the cliff is pretty steep from the shadow. I was at the peak around the first blind spot. A car coming down the mountain wouldn't be able to see my car. If they swerved left it would be instant death, swerve right and they could hit my car and possibly me. I went 50 feet down the road where I could see around the corner and use my flashlight to warn any cars coming. I called Triple A at around 10PM, they said they would send Highway patrol to prevent any accidents and that the tow truck would be there around 2AM. Quinton showed up at 1AM... the highway patrol didn't show up at all. He was an hour early and was really quick at changing the flat, NASCAR level. Professional and polite. 5 star service. Now for the complaint. He uh... kind of left me there after he got done changing the tire. He said he was gonna follow me down but he didn't. I needed to plug in my phone because the battery died and start up the GPS again. I think Quinton thought I was mucking about because he saw me doing it and kind of laughed. I then tried to start the car and it didn't start. The key wouldn't turn to be exact. I tried making sure it was in park and centering the wheel all that stuff. I kind of panicked because I thought I was home free after waiting 3 hours. Quinton took off and I honked after him but I think he assumed I was saying good bye or something. I ended up getting the key to turn and went on my way. He was already long into the valley by the time I got down there. See I wouldn't have an issue if it was anywhere except the cliff I was on. I didn't think anything of it, until I drove back in the daylight and realized it was a massive ass cliff and that I very well could have died. So uh yeah, just double check next time... great service by the way! read more

Bought a truck that had just been brought in on a trade. After reading the description from Hall Motor Company's website, I figured this was a small town company that would be good to do business with. Unfortunately, they proved they are just another car company with a greedy car salesman attitude. Bottom line, don't hand over the check until the deal is completed. Once the check is in their hands they are done with you and no longer wish to fulfill their promises. I wont even be buying an oil filter from them after this deal. Can't say enough about the small town, non-pushy sales and service. You will be hard pressed to find any dealership like this anywhere. Bought a new Duramax in 2017 and it was the easiest and stress free vehicle purchase ever. You couldn't find the same price on the west coast. This dealership does a lot for the community as well as they are locally owned and have been for decades. We plan to buy our next vehicle from them as well. Once deal is signed attitude changes 180 degrees. Delivery demo indicated salesman has very poor product knowledge. 1 hour after leaving with new truck I realized I was not provided promised information. I called salesman, he said he was busy and will call back in a few minutes. I texted him an hour later to remind him to call. He did not call. I later complained to dealer principal who said he would research and get back to me....that was two weeks ago. So much for dealing with locally owned business. From this experience I will not recommend this dealership. read more

They had my vehicle for almost a month for a scheduled appointment. In the mean time one of my possessions was stolen. This was brought up to Patsy right after I picked up my vehicle. She blamed me for having my stuff stolen when it was on their property and the keys were in their hands. Many others have had the same problem recently. Patsy said she was filing a police report for me and that the police department was aware of the recent thefts. I did not receive a call from a deputy so I called in and found out they are NOT aware of any thefts and neither Patsy nor Jeff had filed a report there since the thefts started, about 4 months ago according to Patsy. So if you wanted a police report filed for an item that went missing while your vehicle was in their possession do yourself a favor and get in contact with the police department so that they are aware of how often this is occurring. And maybe don't take your vehicle there if you enjoy not feeling violated or having your vehicle "broken into". read more
