I read the reviews on Yelp and wanted to give this business a chance -- and I wanted to leave a review since there were only 3 available. I was happily surprised at how quickly my appointment was scheduled (I called on a Monday, Appointment on a Thursday). On the day of the appointment, I was sent a text when they were on their way and the person to expect (Kelly!). Kelly was great. He saw that my outdoor spigot needed replacing and showed me what was broken. Fortunately, his equipment could still work with my spigot and he went to work to identify the stains on the carpet using a UV light. The actual work did not take too long and the carpet looked great when he was done. I would recommend Kelly and the business if you need to have your carpets cleaned. We also agreed on the price before he started so I could manage how much I would spend without getting any surprises at the end. Thank you, Kelly and company!! I will be calling again for more cleaning soon!

I was given a hot tip to try these folks from the ACE hardware store up the road (Special Shout-Out to Sharon at ACE up the road, for sending me here on her recommendation - thank you Sharon!!). After a few minutes outside giving it the once-over, they had be up and running in less than five minutes....no lie. Unbelievable! I was so happy...and so grateful. And what did he say?? "Here you go and thanks for stopping in". Amazing!! Just like that...here you go. :) I'm not just stoked because they fixed this chainsaw that had been sitting in box for over ten years...(according to the friend who gave it to me) but it's how they went about it. They just stepped up and helped...not very hard...just takes willingness and there you go...."Ka-Pow"....they just got one more customer for life!! See how simple that is??? :) I'm so stoked...very very nice people and eager to help out. Judging by their back shop area crammed full of various machines, all being busily tended to... you can tell their fan base goes deep! Well Done - customer here for life.
