This particular shop has free parking outside. The staff are always helpful and if the person you speak to can't help they usually point you in the direction of someone that can. The main problem with this particular shop is the fact that it's terribly under-staffed. I went in a few weeks ago on a Sunday and there were only two members of staff in there! Apart from being under-staffed, this is a really good shop that sells all the basic things you need to keep your car going!

If you have forgotten which tyre it is, they will find it for you, tell you all the offers and discounts available, and replace it for you. This car garage makes taking my car in when it has an issue a far less worrying experience. Being female and knowing nothing about cars I am always nervous about being ripped off by garages who see pound signs when a woman appears with an old banger. The guys at Malvern Garage are wonderful at explaining what needs doing in a language I understand and have been known to diagnose faults and offer temporary suggestions when I called them saying something vague like 'I can't start my car in the morning' and they pinpointed the issue within a couple of pertinent (but understandable) questions. Their charges are not cheap, I don't think any garage is but I feel you get an honest price for an honest job and I have never had to take my car back to re-fix any work they have done.
