Wonderful meads, and we just got a bottle of Apple-a-Day cider, which we are drinking with dinner. Awesome! Slightly sweet and tart apple comes through. Great place to view sheep and other farm sights too. read more

Half Moon Hill Farm & Winery specializes in craft wine, mead and cider.

History

Established in 2007.

Family run farm that started with a small vineyard and a few acres of various berries. We branched out into winemaking in 2016. We focus on sustainability and sourcing anything that we don't grow ourselves, as locally as possible.

Meet the Business Owner: Gerrid F.

Gerrid has been studying winemaking for over 20 years. His passion for quality and detail carries over to every part of the operation from planting, harvesting and fermentation. He has spent most of his career building and remodeling homes but was finally able to move over to winemaking full time in 2016. He and his wife Sadie manage the business while also raising their 2 boys. They also manage their 32 acres by grazing cattle and sheep.
