After working with him over the years, we don't think of him as just another vendor. We think of him as someone we've built a relationship with and trust a great deal. We have several maple trees along our driveway, and the one closest to the street lost a large branch during a recent storm. This wasn't the first time the tree had dropped a major limb, so we asked Bret to assess whether it could be saved or if it was time to remove it. Once we decided to take the tree down, it took about eight weeks before the work was scheduled. That wasn't an issue for us because Bret had been upfront about the timeline from the beginning. The three-person crew arrived Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. and finished by 11:30 a.m. What impressed me most was how well the team worked together. Everyone had a clear role, they communicated constantly, and there was very little wasted movement. It was obvious they had done this together many times before. I don't know if every tree service operates this way, but I was amazed at how clean they left the job site. Every branch, twig, and piece of debris was removed. They clearly take pride in their work and treat your property with the same care they would their own.
