The cheese selection is solid and it looks as if they're continuing to expand the specialty cheeses and meats. Key knowledge - They have Amish Butter! If you've not tried it....it's so good! In a small, remote town, it's nice to have a decent grocery store. This (like the other similarly…read moresized market in town) is a combination grocery store and Mexican speciality market. And that is a good thing. In addition to normal groceries, you'll find the butcher area (carnicería) with mostly Mexican style cuts of meat. The meat section here is better than the one at Harvest (Lep-Re-Kon Harvest), but the store overall is not quite as clean or modern as that one, but it's certainly good. They have an attached restaurant, but we were there too early in the day for it to be open (they were preparing for the lunch opening when we were there). May have to try that next time were in the area. The store is MUCH bigger than it appears to be from the outside. All in all, a good grocery store.

A large helping of fresh peaches, divine ice cream and whip cream was above and beyond. We also got a milkshake which was fresh made with real ingredients - also received two thumbs WAY up! The young lady who made our sundae was new to the job, but did an absolutely fantastic job. Atmosphere: This place is neat and a beautiful, early fall day when you can still get some peaches, is a perfect time. Highly recommended. We'll be back!!

A second spot has opened up in West Valley, and a welcome sight it is! The footprint of the place isn't huge, but the ambiance is lovely and the impact will be lasting! Last month I purchased three boxes of tofu from Bangkok Asian Market at $5 each, only to discover…read morethey had all expired back in February. When I returned to the store, the associate Christina informed me that she could not help and offered only to throw the expired items away for me. She acknowledged this was not the first time expired products had been sold and mentioned they are working on improving their system -- which is concerning in itself. When I asked if we could review the purchase records, Christina declined, initially claiming that records older than two months are deleted. When I pointed out that my purchase was only from last month, the reason shifted -- she could now locate the timeframe but said the records were no longer accessible because the transaction was processed under a former employee. Apparently when staff leave, their sales history becomes unreachable. I find that very hard to believe. I am not writing this over $15. What I cannot overlook is the dismissive treatment and the series of inconsistent excuses that felt designed to get me out of the store without any real resolution. I am a loyal customer who visits Bangkok Asian Market regularly and spends significantly on each trip (since opening in 2023). That loyalty deserved at minimum honesty and a genuine effort to help. I hope management takes this seriously, it is not okay to sell expired food, it is not okay to be treated this way, and it is not okay to be told to just dump the products with no real resolution. People work hard for their money. I understand mistakes happen but this can be made right in many other ways. Customers deserve better.
