Worst experience ever, though I have them my coloring specifications, they "managed" to color my…read moreroots orange instead of ashy blonde. They also hurry up the personnel, it looks like they are working in an assembly line factory. The bill I received had no breakdown of services and they didn't want to explain. This is a clearly money trap for the neighboring Swiss customers. Don't go there.
