The staff member & I no longer work together, but I've now been making the drive from North Brisbane to Wellington Point for two years. I get friendly, consistent cuts and colours for half what I would've been paying in the city and and I don't leave disappointed. There are 3 stylists for women's hair (I see Sarah, but Kandi and Jess are always on hand to help) and Annette (the owner) is a barber, who also takes the children's cuts. I only ever go in on a Saturday and they seem to be well equipped to handle walk-ins for cuts easily. The fit-out is basic, if not a bit old-school. So, if you're looking for a glamour salon, you won't find it here. But, they offer all the services you would expect anywhere else a bit more glamourous. I get my blonde ambition perfectly touched up with a bit of trim to the layers every six weeks and it costs me about $140 for 3 hours of time. Bargain! Well worth the drive!

Zoe is fantastic at cutting, colouring, styling and much more. She also does a wonderful service, with head massage and tea or coffee included with a cut and colour. Friendly, professional and great if you feel like a chat. Located at Tingalpa, Zoe has converted her garage into a professional, fully equipped hair salon with all the products and facilities of a large salon but including the comforts and personal service of a home-based business. Today, I treated myself to a back massage, brow shape and make up application and I had the best morning! The massage was the highlight but the make up was great too. The girls give you a few tips along the way. I have tried a bit of everything on offer, massages, waxing and hair and all are a really high standard. The facials and massages are my favourite, so relaxing and they seem to get exactly the right spots. The oils, candles and soothing music all combine to be a really wonderful experience. I got my nails done one time but was a bit disappointed with the quality, the whole nail was not covered on a few nails. Also, all 3 times I have gone, there has been some mix up with my booking. Either they forget to tell me my 2 treatments were at 2 different times or the girls were unaware what I had booked in for and had to scramble to arrange the equipment. That is probably the only thing stopping a 5 star rating because the girls and the salon are excellent overall.

Was went here on 9 Sept '16 at 10 am for doing my hair cut. Didn't made appointment beforehand…read more(since it mention "No Appointment Necessary" on their business card tho). One of their staff was assist me at the reception desk and told me that they'd be available on next 30 minutes which is it should at 10.30 am. Was okay with it since i thought it'll be on time as she said. So, i decided to doing groceries on the next door whilst waited my turn. But as i came back there i must waited for more approximately 20 minutes (which she didn't told me before). Not so happy by waited too long, since i needed to be rush for another family's appointment at 12 pm. And finally, one of their beautician assist me around at 11.00 am! (What a long waited!) So far i'm happy with the service compared to the one at Carindale which last time one of their beautician made my hair cut style looks soo FLAT! NB : booked in advance is sounds better than waited too long with no reason, since they always busy during weekend (Friday & Saturday).
