The online appointment system worked great and I was able to obtain the services of haircutter extraordinaire Jess who once again did an excellent, timely job, and was so wonderfully personable. The "look" of the place is cool too, with a very welcoming vibe. They recently had to raise the rates (slightly) for a basic haircut, but it was more than worth it. Wow, wow, wow! Look, I'm an old guy and have been driving 60 miles round trip for my grooming, but nasty winter weather made me stay here. I tried Haircuts Inc. and it was amazing. First very high quality clippers with so smooth on the skin, very comfortable atmosphere, and the "Woody" products are the best. As a full burley big hunk of a man, my beard was off limits, but it was kindly suggested I try some Woodys 2 in 1 Conditioner. I use balms, and oils and thought that was great, well I'm 3 hrs out and beard is still soft and smelling manly as heck. I am new to town so I wanted to find a good hair salon. I pulled up this place online and decided to go to it. The woman who cut my hair, Christina, was very nice. I will definitely be going back here for my next haircut. I am very happy with the way she cut my hair. I showed her a picture on my phone and it looks great. My husband ended up going here a few days later to have his haircut. They offer military discount, which is a bonus. They also have a punch card that is good for the whole family. My haircuts from here have always been great. The employees are amazing and very cool. I'm glad they start conversation because I've been to some awkward salons. They also have some tvs in there too. **most of these "reviews" are friends and relatives. So if you want an honest review, read on** Oh, where to begin... I've been to this salon probably 9 times, and I've only been happy with my haircut once. I'm an eternal optimist, so I go back thinking, "maybe this time will be better." but it never is. Their stylists are only moderately competent at giving the most douchy and trendy haircuts, while being completely incompetent at any other hair style. I beckon you to save your money and go to the Paul Mitchell school instead. It's a lot easier to stomach an incompetent student than one of Haircut Inc's "professional stylists" butchering a basic trim. I wish I had the time to do a list of all the issues I had with each stylist, but I don't. All I can recommend is that you don't waste your time at this tacky Halloween decorated establishment if you want to look like a kid who's mom (poorly) cuts your hair. Not to mention if you say you don't like your haircut very much, the employees almost always act like petulant children, and nearly refuse to work with you. I am seriously saddened to have to write this but I will not be returning to this location. Although my stylist was super sweet and put a lot of work into my hair, things just did not turn out as expected. I went in to have my hair colored gray with silver highlights and to have long flowing layers put in. When she finished with my hair it was gorgeous. Three days later I washed my hair, with salon products - including blue shampoo that is required when coloring gray (I am also licensed so I know how to take care of colored hair). After gently blow drying my hair, I noticed all of my gray was gone and all that was left was the faded mousy brown color that no one intentionally puts on their hair. My layers are not flowing but instead are choppy and uneven. I contacted the salon and was told there was nothing they could do about it, I obviously messed it up myself when I got home. After several attempts to come to a remedy for this mess, they offered to cut off more of my hair and refund $20 for the silver toner....which was never used on my hair to begin with. I was in no way, shape or form treated like a valued customer at this point but more of a problem for them. I was essentially charged $169 to sit in their chair for nearly three hours just so the stylist could "put in a lot of hard work" for nothing, and I am here with no color, out $169 and very displeased with the way the salon acts like it isn't a big deal.....I will go to a first year cosmetology student for services before I will go back here after this. read more

I've had some winning haircuts and some losing ones too, but this is the first that has me seriously considering investing in hats, or wigs.They say you get what you pay for, but I am queen of cheap cuts and have never had such a disaster. I had three needs going in: that I was out in time to get my kids, that I kept it as long as possible to grow out (it wasn't very long to begin with), and that it not be in a style that needed any hair skill because I had none. I lost two inches (almost half of what I had). I can't figure out ANY style that looks good with this cut either. She thinned my not-especially thick hair so much, I look ill with how limply it hangs. It doesn't even make a cute pony tail! Never, ever, EVER going back. I got the cut of a butchy, motorcycle woman in mid-life crisis trying to fit in with Mormon women. I am horrified, and would be more ashamed, but for the fact that it IS just hair and I'm feeling empathy for those who struggle with thin or sickly hair. Oh, and I was 20 minutes late to get my kids. It was one of those, "How can I ask the person who has ruined my hair to keep going?" kind of moments. So I aborted and fled to fetch my children, and I don't know if leaving before I was satisfied was a good call or a bad one. But I guess now I can ditch the growing-it-out plan and try the pixie cut I've been eyeballing for years. read more
