Long story short.... The owner and Maria are lovely…read more Unfortunately, my nails were done by the third woman who works there. I was there for THREE hours for dip removal and re-dip. The woman in front of me ran way over, so my appointment didn't begin until an hour after it's scheduled time. So I was in the chair for two hours (my nails had been wrapped for an hour before that). The tech paused a million times during the two hours to show other clients pictures on her phone, google things, or just to converse with other clients (why can't you keep going while chatting?). The critical part though is she cut my fingers four times while filing. I specifically questioned her dipping my cut fingertips into the same jar of dip that others will be dipped in. She did it anyway. Horrible idea. There's absolutely no way a small amount of my blood did not end up in that jar. Disgusting. The one cut is actually still bleeding...ridiculous.

To the point where it was a short hair on top that drop to a short mid length thin bangs that was not blended with the rest of his hair. I had to drive him to a stylist almost 30mins away to fix his hair. on top of it off I paid 20.75 for one messed up hair cut at cost cutters to paying 20.67 for hair cut fix, my hair cut, and eyebrow waxing that was on point I should of just took my son to the other salon in the first place. learnt my lesson will not ever go back to cost cutters ever again. you guys seem to hire anyone
