Friendly service. However, having an appointment is no guarantee that one will be served on time. Booked a shampoo cut and dry. Got a wet haircut, and sadly it is, no kidding, the worst cut I have ever had. Since I have short hair it wasn't big job. While I love children I do feel that they should not interfere with a business type setting. There was a soda balanced on a couch, and the remnants of a McDonald's meal in the middle. I had to ask for it to be moved to have a seat. 30 min. wait, although I had an appointment. But the final straw was the loud discussion between stylists about a personal problem. Very unprofessional environment. When I asked the stylist to make the sides of my hair shorter, she butchered them. Never again. read more

I got my hair shampooed, conditioned and with a blow dry style. at Hair Works by Makayla I can honestly say Makayla did a fantastic job on my hair. I loved the haircut and she was very polite. Not same color terrible haircut my wife said light color not brown mckayla did an excellent job 1st time. Today not good at all the color never even covered the gray. She was rude to my wife and did not even use the same color. Awful treatment. Should know you can not be rude to customers and expect good reviews. So disappointed this time. Never again. read more

Horrible experience, I dont know where they went to school but the younger daughter did a horrible job on my husband's haircut.
