He gave me a receipt in my Christmas card for $40.00. When I went to pay my bill, Cinnamon said the receipt wasn't any good and she'd have to collect the full amount since I didn't have a gift card. I explained they never gave my husband a card only the receipt. He never challenged it at the time. Therefore, after I paid my bill in full, we filed a dispute at the credit card. Cinnamon called to tell us she was sending a check for $40.00. She never apologized for their error or anything. We still wait for that check to come in the mail. We were so disappointed in her professionalism and lack of remorse. I doubt that we'll ever go back to her salon knowing how she treats her customers.

We need more of that in this divided country. I Especially like the no-profanity policy and the fact it is a place you can hear the "other" point of view without anger. Everyone was so cool to talk to and I immediately felt as though I was from Chambersburg as well. I had my beard trimmed and he wouldn't let me pay for it. He told me to pay it forward. That was the first of many for my oldest grandson, 16 years later, he's still ONLY going to Mr J's Barber Shop with his PopPop, but today they added a third! Mr J's Barber Shop is tradition, it's family, and it's been a solid business in Chambersburg for decades! I should mention, haircuts by appointment! Yes! He's THAT good!

The customer service at signature hair salon was excellent and the price for a Haircut was only $24. This price was reasonable. The stylist performed an excellent job. They are operating at 50% capacity and are currently requiring appointments at this time. They have served Their existing customer base and are now taking care of new customers from Pennsylvania. I recommend signature salon for hair cuts.

After describing the hair cut and style that I wanted I showed her pictures and still she did not know what to do and asked another stylist multiple times and eventually that hairstylist ended up starting my haircut in between her own clients. My own stylist finished up by blow drying my hair. When I got home I could see that the sides of my hair were uneven and my overall haircut was choppy. Not the angled Bob that I wanted. I will never go back not even to get it fixed.
