It's okay... Good, not great. They are good about being able to work me in when I have the time to…read moreget a cut. As for quality of the cut, I have seen several different stylists, here, and I get about an average cut every time. I come from California, and salon service is quite a different experience, there, compared to Russellville, Arkansas. No shampoo, no wetting, here... just a dry cut. This is just a bit strange to me. I guess it's normal, here, a timesaver, whatever, but my haircut always seems to turn out better when it's washed or at least wet down, first. This salon, like many others, here, operates on bare minimum service, and if you ask for any suggestions, as I have many times, they never seem to have any to offer. It's about the same service I could expect from a walk-in Supercuts style salon. For a day spa style salon, the expectation is greater, and it SHOULD deliver, but it really doesn't.

I have long hair with layers. I asked for a trim with layering and face framing...I got a trim And it took less time than a shampoo. The manicure was a file and paint. Sarah, the beauty AND the brains behind this operation, is easily one of my favorite human beings who happens to have a great talent for making all things beautiful. The many hours I have spent in her chair have been filled with heartfelt conversation, endless laughter, and good advice, in addition to some really great hairstyles! I've been coloring my hair for a good chunk of my life and, like most of us, have experienced the ups and downs of good and bad hair, but Sarah has never once let me down! From caramel highlights to light lavender streaks and various shades of red and brunette, we've worked our way through the (mostly) natural color spectrum and she has always produced the most gorgeous color. The facility boasts funky, eclectic decor and is located in a rapidly growing and fun part of town! Parking is mostly street side, but I've never had an issue finding a spot close (even with my poor parallel parking skills!). There are often spots available at the church across the street, which makes it easily accessible. The prices are more than fair, especially considering the time and effort taken by each of the stylists to ensure a happy customer. Make an appointment and settle in for a lovely experience!

On the basis of a few other positive reviews, I tried out Snip N' Clip. She curled my hair without asking so that I obviously wouldn't see the mess she made until I got home and washed and straightened my hair. I paid $100 for a color and cut including the tip and when I confronted her about the state of my hair she offered to only refund $25, which to me is a joke since I had to go to a different salon today to get it fixed. Money hungry and unprofessional. Do not go to this salon, there are much better others in Russellville.

But I said I'll give it a try..... yeah no either sticking with her only or just will wait. They sat me down in the chair and didn't even spend five minutes on it. She used a 0 and another guard and that was it for the side. Drenched the side in water.... Which I've never had a hair stylist do when going back in with clippers.... Then ran thinning sheers a couple times through it and said we're done. That's just the first part..... then we had gotten a coupon a couple weeks ago for me and one a couple days ago for him in the mail........ I'm already extremely upset but just keeping my cool. She goes to enter the coupons which takes her what seemed like forever and then says one of them have been used........and then says "looks like it's going to be full price". Knowing that I wouldn't have gone in the first place because I'm not the person to go get a service and not have the money..... they were rude asf and didn't even try to help resolve the situation. All the good stylist left and I won't be back here unless I see the one lady I go to there. I could sit here and wish hateful things on them and cusss, this that and the other. But karma my girl and it's not about if but when. Have whatever day you deserve ladies.
