Was a simple cut so I don't see where she went wrong. She didn't offer to show me after she was done and I was rushed out. I was horrified when I was able to see it. I'm so embarrassed that I don't want to go in public. I contacted someone from cooperate, and I'm waiting to see what the resolution will be. Avoid this stylist !!
