I understand that mistakes can happen from time to time, but unfortunately, almost every visit has required me to ask for multiple touch-ups. (Which never resolves the issue. ) There may be two stylist at this location who can consistently do a proper mid fade, but overall, the quality has been extremely disappointing. As someone in the military, maintaining a clean and professional haircut is important, so it is frustrating to repeatedly leave with a haircut that is not done correctly. I have really wanted to make the Seguin location my regular shop, but the haircuts seem to be getting worse instead of better. I say this respectfully, but in my experience, almost any other Sport Clips location provides a noticeably better haircut than the Seguin location. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and works on improving consistency and quality.

Andi Rusk is the stylist I see at this salon and I absolutely love her (she recently moved to this salon from Hair Haus in Seguin which is another very nice salon) She has a student cut discount as well. (I'm not sure what age it stops at. I started going to her in High-school and she might just be giving it me still since I'm a long term client) I'll be sure to add photos of what I ask for, my hair before, and my hair after when I go to my next appointment!! Overall it's really a joy to sit and have such a kind personable person transform your hair into something that gives you so much confidence!

I ended up with a "little old lady haircut" - a mushroom with shaved-up back and above the ears! This style went out 20 years ago! It's just plain UGLY, will take many months to grow out, and it cost $56! She didn't even shampoo. Took her 15 minutes, felt like she was in a huge hurry. One side is shorter than the other too.
