A place called the beautiful loft - I had appt with Pamela - I was trying to find the placeI walked around and walked around asking people in stores trying to find where your facility was at there is no signs around it's raining of course. I asked around they sit around the corner and up the stairs there's no signs for me to go anywhere. I finally went back again into a restaurant and they said it was up upstairs the door was locked of course I was late because of that. I'm really upset that you charged me or try to charge $275 four times and then ended up charging $187.50 on my card when I did not have any services done. I didn't have any phone number to call you either. I asked for a phone number to call and I saw that on the email when my card was charged and it had to ask for permission for you to accept the call which you did not and left a voicemail and you haven't called me back I find that outrageous. Now I can understand if I just completely ignored the appointment which I did not.. I really had a hard time finding your place. Perhaps some signs to show me where to go would've been helpful that's what I was looking for. This is really bad business I will be disputing this charge. read more
