That was until I was told I should get my hair done here but had no idea with who. I do read reviews and Pamela was my favorite. She went beyond the call of duty, not just with my color and cut but also arranged a ride. Who does that!! Pamela did an amazing foil better then the many I've had at high in salons in Seattle. And the cut was just as amazing. We ranked like we've known one another a long time. She's easy to talk to, she listened to what I wanted plus gave advice, I had total trust in Pamela. She definitely is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make sure you're happy. I highly recommend Pamela you definitely will be happy . I will see her next Summer as well. Thank you Pamela Baines

I get extremely nervous about any kind of modification to my appearance, but she consistently takes the time to talk me through the process and make sure I am 100% comfortable with everything she is doing. She also takes a very conservative approach, which I truly appreciate, because it ensures you never look overfilled. She helped me achieve a naturally pouty look without appearing overdone. I have been a client of hers for over three years, and every time I've seen her, I've left completely happy with my results and very grateful for her thoughtful approach and the level of comfort she provides during each appointment.

I booked online for Botox specifically, but when I arrived, I was told that Botox must be ordered in advance. (Why wasn't it available if I booked a Botox appointment? It felt a little like bait and switch.) I was injected with Dysport at Sitka Aesthetics on January 19 and saw no change. Additionally, I experienced terrible bruising. (Pictures texted to Jenilyn.) She offered to inject again at a discount on February 1. At the end of this appointment, I had spent over $700 in total. Again, there was no change, and I was frustrated at the expense without results. Jenilyn contacted me on February 19 to see if it worked the second time. I told her I'd seen no change and she then texted that she'd inject a third time for free. In the space of a month, I'd been injected twice already and had little confidence in a better result. I declined the offer to be injected a third time. It was suggested that perhaps I wasn't a "Dysport girl," but this is not the case. I was administered Dysport for four years at a plastic surgeon's office in Georgia, before moving to Sitka. I recently traveled to the lower 48 for this service and I experienced no bruising with perfect results at a lower cost per unit. I would not recommend this business. It's disappointing that I wasted over $700 at Sitka Aesthetic. I'd love to have this money back!
