When I walked into to the Hair Cuttery on Edgewater in College Park, I noticed that it looked different from the last time I was there. I assume that it changed hands, and I would give it a try. Well although they were very nice and polite, the hair cut was unsatisfactory, and you never notice until you get home. I asked for a trim and for the sides to be feather back more. The price was outrageous $30.00 for a trim, blew my mind. I might have paid between $15.00 or $20.00 but $30.00 WOW! A Rip Off...What I saw when I got home was the side of my head looked like steps instead of textured back. I want to say that the new staff does not know how to cut straight hair or keep the style that is already there. Maybe it was the person who they put me with but if that is the best then really, I had a better hair cut at Walmart in the past and oh yeah, they don't hair anymore in Walmart. I will need to find another hair salon even if I have to drive further to find it. When I sent in my feedback I received nothing in return, like come on back let us fix the issue, nothing. read more
