I love this place. Jenn, my stylist is the best I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, especially about color. She has this gift of just looking at my hair and knowing what colors to mix. She also trims my hair and does exactly what I want. Before I found hair cuttery, my hair was a frizzy mess. Jenn gave me a keratin treatment and got my hair healthy and looking great. Took my grandmother there for her Mother's Day haircut. Her haircut looked wonderful. It's unfortunate that I couldn't give the stylist a better review. Our appointment was at 230. We walked into the salon at 235. My grandmother is in a wheelchair and it took us a few extra minutes to get out of the car and we had ran into traffic. When we entered we were greeted rudely by Olga saying she had already called her 3pm appointment to come in early because she didn't think we were coming. I understand needing to be prompt for appointments but give me a break. It was 5 minutes. She then let us proceed but rushed us back and rushed through the entire thing. The appointment on the website quoted the time of a value package shampoo, treatment, cut and blow out to be 65 minutes. We were out of there in 30 minutes. Like I said the haircut ended up looking great but the experience as a whole was very unprofessional and we will be visiting a different hair Cuttery in the future. read more

Easy to make an appointment online and check in was easy. As with any chain salon, your cut totally depends on the individual stylist. I have had to have my last three cuts at this Hair Cuttery fixed. The first time I went back to the salon, they fixed it acceptably. The second time, a different stylist, I was heading out of town and had to find someone else to fix it (I really don't like paying twice for a haircut). Now the third time (same stylist as first time) the cut was so bad that I am not giving them another chance and I'm looking for a place to fix their mess (again, having to pay twice for a haircut). My style wasn't that difficult. They just had really messed it up. I say "my style wasn't that difficult" because to fix it will require cutting most of my hair off and starting over with a new hair style. Basically, as the reviews say, you can get good cuts, but take it from me, you also can get really bad cuts. read more

I have gone here 3 times and have taken my daughters. Prior to trying them, I guess I had a little snobbery thing going on. I tried the more expensive downtown hair "salons", who charge 3 x as much. They have turned out to be snotty and the customer service was not that great. You get the feeling that they think you should be honored to be shorn by them. Plus, it's hard to get a convenient appointment, usually. So far I have had different stylist and they have all been fine. I have gotten many more compliments on my 13.00 haircuts, than my 45.00 ones. read more

Went in for a small touchup. Literally 3 snips. Wouldn't budge on a $17 haircut. it's a chain, understood, just wish there were more mom and pop barbers around still.
