the owner of salon does multiple customers hair .she needs more hair dresser working instead does five people and customer hair was not blonde and had bangs . She destroyed my hair! Do not go here! Warning dont waste your money. She a nice lady but is greedy by doing too many clients at same time when she should know of all people one customer at time! shame on you! I went to Hair Crush for a cut and color because my regular stylist wasn't ready to go back to work until June because of CVD19. I made an appointment with Hair Crush (after finding them online) and took a picture with me. I have attached a picture of the picture that I took with me to my appointment. My hair was almost one length and about 3 to 4 inches below my shoulders. Let me start out by saying I am happy with the color but the haircut was a total hair massacre! I've attached pictures of the finished cut and color. I've spent two days at home crying about this haircut. It took me sooooo long to grow my bangs out and grow my hair out so that I could wear it in a top knot and messy bun. I can't imagine how long it will take me to grow my hair back out. I had the owner of the shop do my hair because I thought she would be more experienced. After all, I have been going to the same hairstylist for 10 years so I was a little apprehensive about having someone new doing a cut/color for me. The owner was extremely distracted (but also very nice) but never ever got my first name right. Even up to the second that I left my appointment she still didn't get my first name correct. Even though twice I politely corrected her. But I would not have minded if I would've left with even a decent haircut. I made it very clear to her that I chose the haircut in the picture because I did not want a high maintenance haircut that would take me a lot of time to style in the mornings. What a mess my hair is! It won't lay right, it is so chopped up all around my head in so many layers that I don't even know what to do with it. It looks like someone took a dull machete to my hair. I'm *almost* at a loss for words. While cutting my hair she did mentioned that I had a *little* breakage underneath, in the back, from wearing my hair in a ponytail so much. However, she did not say that she was going to cut my hair up to meet the breakage. If she would have shown me how short she was going to cut it I would've said no. Absolutely not! I will never go back to this salon and I will never recommend it to anyone. Now with that said this was my first experience at this salon so I don't know about the other stylists and what kind of work they do. I'm just commenting on my own personal experience at this salon with this particular stylist. read more
