I had to soak for a long time and she had to use the electric filing tool repeatedly. Kim did a wonderful job applying fresh dipping powder to my nails and gave me the look I wanted. She was very cautious not to hurt me and took her time. I strongly dislike when technicians make me feel rushed and don't do the best job because they don't take their time. If my experience with this salon is the same every time I go then I will continue to go here. They told me hold on and shortly after I was taken to the back. It was my first time visiting this location and had no idea I was at the wrong location until the person I booked with called me as I was laying on the table getting my lashes done. I felt so bad but disappointed at the same time. They could have told me I was at the wrong location, because I asked for Van specifically. Honesty takes us a long way. On the other hand, I was not pleased with my lashes. One side looked OK and the other side some sections were longer than the other and it was very noticeable. She tried cutting it but it still didn't look right. I won't be going back. Thanks but no thanks.

Why we didn't do this before the service. Workers are lazy, argumentative with attitude. The customers in the business must be use to this nonsense as they shook their head with the situation. All the workers looked hung over at 10am on a Saturday. Save yourself some time and find a business that respects your time and your concerns. All in all, this is a very low budget spa with low budget workers.
