Josh does a great job with hair but just be mindful that these are people that have no problem finding an issue about anything & moving it towards a lawsuit. Brad is extremely familiar with the law - so just keep in mind when you're doing any type of business with these two! Again - my hair turned out great - absolutely love it.

WARNING: Let me start by saying I did not book Josh (I have never even met him)... but I did have…read morean interesting experience with him. Earlier this week, I inquired about beauty services but ultimately said "No thank you" and declined. He asked where they dropped the ball, and I said, "We've decided to do our own hair and makeup". Today, DAYS later, I received the text below out of the blue - I was honest this time and said I was unimpressed with the photos he had sent me and the ones I had seen elsewhere. Well... Josh did not like that. He proceeded to text me several times, minutes apart, saying how I was giving "basic bitch", how I am "budget shopping," and how this conversation was going to make "great social media content." I hurry to log into Instagram and what do I find? He immediately posted our whole conversation (or at least what he wanted to share) and, again, was insulting me. Commenting on how he "dogged a bullet" working with me. Again, I have NEVER even met this person. I feel insulted, and he sees it as "entertainment value and showcasing negative emotions." This is just a warning of what I experienced when I DIDN'T use his services. I am not sure what you would encounter with him on your wedding day. Here are comments that Josh wrote on the Instagram post: "Ending up doing your own hair and makeup on your big day is such a pity. And I'm almost certain she will regret her decisions come her big day." "Got 40K in bookings with deposits collected since October 2023 for the 2024 season. Not worried about anyone seeing this that matters. It's entertainment value." "She clearly can't find a good makeup artist if she is willing/wanting to do her own makeup and have 6-8 bridesmaids do their own makeup on her big day." **In the first round of conversations, Josh asked, "Where did we drop the ball" - I gave feedback that he did not like** "Nothing nice to say, don't say it at all or expect to get a negative response back"....." but to criticize then say you're gonna do your own hair and makeup. Just goes to show no matter what company or Artist she ended up booking a 2nd trial with, she would he unhappy somehow. Usually, they are the ones who claim to be Ex MUA. Or I've been a hairstylist in my past life, I'll just do my own hair and my bridesmaids. Sure go ahead sis, work up a sweat on your big day " "If she wasn't budget shopping then she wouldn't have inquired, only to say she is gonna end up doing her own hair and makeup." ^^^Again - Never met Josh before, never spoke with him about our wedding - Just making wild assumptions. "...most don't follow their instructions to arrive with no makeup, clean-washed exfoliated and moisturized face. No picked at pimples. Pimples must be healed or unpicked, no going out in sun days before your big day."..."makeup artist vent to us afterwards asking why they clearly didn't do any skincare routine the weeks leading up to their appointments." -- Talking about his OWN clients! **The only reason there is a star on here is because Yelp makes you**

I went to Will after a horrible experience at your average hair salon; my hair color and cut was a disaster! I thought it was hopeless but Will fixed both. He claims he is not a magician, but I think he is :) I will not going anywhere else but to him now. Will is soooooooo customer oriented. He takes the time to talk to each and every one and gets to know his customers well. He listens and speaks with you about what you want and what he suggests. He also keeps you constantly abreast of what he and his assistants are doing with your hair. You are never left in the dark! Will's story is amazing and he likes to share his experience about Brazilian and American culture. He can speak both Portuguese and English and never leaves the English speaking clients unaware of what he is saying in Portuguese. His assistants are so friendly and warm. They know that they are working with the best and so conduct themselves likewise. They take the time to talk to you and are extremely attentive to everyone from the second you walk inside until you leave. The salon is beautiful and very well designed. He always offers drinks and snacks. It is clean and intimate. You will feel like royalty there. Will also offers hair care products and has a wide selection. He can give you recommendations if you want to purchase some. Like I said, he is very knowlegable and can give you a personalized hair care regimen. He is not pushy at all. He doesn't try to sell you everything and anything. He is realistic and honest with you and you can be the same with him. While you can easily find cheap hair cuts and coloring treatments, you get what you pay for. Will is THE BEST. You will not regret it. His prices are transparent and you can talk to him about an estimate. There are no surprises or hidden fees. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
