It can be very difficult to find a place to eat out when you're trying to cut back on the carbs and fats in your diet. I rarely have time to prepare my baon in the morning, and a soup/salad/sandwich (a.k.a. the skinny b**ch meal trifecta) combo for lunch always makes me feel so kawawa during the latter half of the work day. Thank God for Hainanese Delights. HD is my go-to place for a very satisfying meal on a non-cheat day. You can't go wrong with the steamed quarter chicken with rice. The broth is liquid gold, so be sure to ask the friendly waitstaff for an extra serving of the broth. It's free anyway. I prefer going to the Robinsons Metroeast branch because the ginger sauce it serves is better than the watered-down version of the Robinsons Galleria branch.
