My friend called me and said she was in tears when she saw the flowers, she said they were beautiful and fresh. I have been a loyal customer of Kuhn's Flowers for over 20 years. This Mother's Day, I was traveling and unable to go inside the store like I normally do to personally select flowers for my mom. Since the online ordering format had changed and only showed a flyer with price points and descriptions instead of actual arrangement photos, I decided to call in for assistance. Unfortunately, the person who answered my call Saturday morning was extremely rude, condescending, and unpleasant. I was very disappointed, especially after supporting Kuhn's for so many years. To be treated that way during such an important holiday was truly disheartening. Because of that experience, I decided to order from Dinsmore Florist instead. Their website allowed me to see actual photos of the flowers I was ordering, and they delivered my mom's flowers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. They have now gained a new customer. It is very disappointing that after more than 20 years of giving Kuhn's my floral business, one negative and disrespectful interaction has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

There wasn't any reviews yet but I crossed my fingers and booked anyway based on the commercial and residential services detailed on their website. I also called and spoke to someone about their pricing and services. I'm impressed with their overall quote, approval, scheduling and invoicing process which is very streamlined via email. The pressure washing specifics are detailed in the quote which you receive and approve via email. Once the quote is approved, you receive an appointment confirmation which you also confirm via email. It rained the morning of my appointment but I already received a call prior to my appointment time that they'd be running late due to traffic/weather. The owner (Mike) also called immediately after I emailed since I missed the initial voicemail. Good customer service! After completing the job, the associate (Scott) walked me around to make sure everything met my expectations. They addressed a few spots then put away everything on my patio and porch to its original locations. Shortly after the job was completed, I received a link to my invoice. Overall, happy with the service and would recommend ProGreen. My patio & driveway are presentable again! FYI - There's currently a Yelp, Living Social and Groupon deal for ProGreen. However, booked directly through their website after calling to ask about pricing they honored the LS offer. [ 8.23.19 update ] I was so pleased with the overall pressure washing process earlier this summer that soon after, I also contacted them for sod replacement, sprinkler maintenance AND they also did some yard clean-up to help me "reset" my overgrown flowerbed area and trees to get them looking presentable again. For my sod replacement, Mike (the owner) came on-site to evaluate the potential issues with my dead grass. This is what I appreciated about ProGreen, they not only replaced the sod but they first identified cinch bug issues which is probably why my first sod replacement failed when I went with another company years ago. He also walked me though the sprinkler head adjustments they made to optimize the flow which was another contributing factor to the dead spots in my yard (& ridiculously high water bills). Why didn't I do this sooner?! I didn't inherit my parents' green thumbs so keeping up with the flower bed just isn't my thing. ProGreen came to the rescue yet again and like magic, the dreaded weeds were gone, overgrown bushes no longer blocked the flow of my sprinklers and my tree limbs were neat and orderly again. So now, my grass, trees and flowerbeds aren't an eyesore. Not to mention, I'm back in good graces with my neighborhood HOA. Overall, ProGreen did the job better and FASTER than we would have so IMO it was money well-spent & TONS of time-saved. Thanks to Mike, Scott, Wesley, Dawn and any other team members that my old brain is forgetting.

Roses should last much longer than 5 days. Hubby bought me roses on his way out of town from Publix. He bought them February 5th, when Valentines Day rolled around February 14th they were still vibrant and beautiful. I'm not sure what happened with these roses from Stephen's, but I am very disappointed. They were so beautiful and glittery when I received them. Should have lasted more than 5 days.

I truly believe Adam.... as when he starts it, it does start right up, but hand it to me a few hours later and well.....let's just say I need Adam again. I know it's some mental block between me and this chainsaw because I can get it to start... sometimes, or maybe I just need a good dose of Adam occasionally (he is awesomely fantastic) and he knows his chainsaws! I don't always need Adam for chainsaw problems, sometimes I need a metal trash can for chicken feed or some plants or a pipe outside broke during the mini-freeze and I needed and expert on what to get to repair it. Just call me Deborah fix it lady, but even fix it ladies need expert advise on areas less travelled. From the employees working with the customers on the sales floor, to the cashiers up front-this store is just all around fantastic and did I mention Adam??? Oh yes, I did need to bring the chainsaw in one day when Adam was not there an another nice young gentleman helped me understand how to tighten up my chain and figure out if it's best to replace or sharpen the chain.
