Normally I am always having to pay but this year I actually got a large return. To be shocked would be an understatement. Conveniently located in DeSoto main st, you can find them. Parking is right out front & it's easy to find. The waiting area is super nice & large so you don't feel like you're sitting close to the other customers. Super updated as well. Making an appointment was super easy, I just called & they got me in relatively quick for being tax season! The cost of paying for the services are also very fair. Is will be back next year! James did a great job & I'd definitely recommend him to the next person.

They just sent an invoice after, didnt ask how I wanted pay, just filled beforhand. When I asked to get the fee taken out of my return they said they could do that but failed to let me know it was another $120 just to do that. Our simple w2's talk return cost $900 to file. ***Edit and update for I have since spoke on the phone *** I have respect for their work and Im sure they do some great work for lineman with tax preparation needs. Therefore I approached the conversation with general concern with questions politely. Being rude and ugly would get neither of us anywhere. I spoke with Jennifer Mills and espressed my concerns of the charges, mainly about it not being disclosed and unknown charges added after the fact. She transfered me over to the booking Jennifer who handles the billing. I was immediately met with the statement that she can't help i dont like the prices and she can't help me, get my taxes done somewhere else next year and that I should've asked for the price. When I spoke I was constantly interrupted and talked over and at one point I asked if she could not interrupt me and talk over me that I was trying to be respectful. I was hit with an immediate snarky "No.." Again I understand prices can be what it is, my main issue was it not being disclosed upfront and extras added after filling. I didn't get a receipt for the $120 bank transfer fee and was told I could receive that back. At the moment I have not. I was really hopeful in being referred and had had hopes in a furthering a business relationship for potential bookkeeping. Unfortunately I was not met with the professionalism and guidance that was expected.

Which I feel is a huge conflict of interest. If I would have known his relationship to her I would have asked my ex to choose another lawyer. I asked him if he'd use a different address on the divorce papers because once it goes up on Casenet it would be public. Of course he could not do a simple request and now my address is public. I didn't want my ex husband's girlfriend knowing where I live since she has threatened me numerous times. My ex husband contacted him in November 2021 to start our divorce process. Our divorce is uncontested and we agreed beforehand on everything so it should have been a pretty simple and straight forward divorce. I didn't get papers until July 2022 and he did not include the apartment that was in both of our names. He did update that once I talked to him. We had the papers signed and notarized in early September. So why on November 11, 2022 was our divorce just filed? Now finalized only filed. When my ex asked him for updates on the divorce proceedings he would not get in contact. I have the text messages and emails to prove that his communication skills are lacking. I've included a few texts to show his communication skills. My ex contacted him on Monday November 7,2022 and he never responded back with an update. By Saturday he still hadn't responded. My ex husband even stated that he would have picked someone else if he'd known it would have taken this long. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!! Go to someone else if you want a fast divorce. Update* he also deletes Facebook reviews that are negative. I left a review there stating the same thing I said here and included proof and he deleted it and blocked me from seeing his reviews. My friends and family can see the 5 star reviews and the scam crypto reviews but mine magically disappeared. He's a joke.

They got the title and changed everything over to Missouri. Alabama has no idea where my keys to my car are. But now I can actually see my balance is going down. I highly recommend this Titlemax.
