The service was $450, which was $100 cheaper than the company the buyer's agent recommended. The technician who came out was very polite and professional. Midwestern was also very responsive to all my needs with regard to receipts, lien waivers, etc. that I needed for closing. I will continue to use this company at my next home.

The gentleman came out and used a fog device to remove the gnats, after nearly a few weeks I still noticed Gnats. I called the company to see if they could return and possible use a different method such as pour something down the drain or even redo their method. I was told they would have to recharge me. Keep in mind afterwards, I also purchased vinegar items from Amazon which captures a lot of the gnats as well. Honestly, if it wasn't for me purchasing the items from Amazon, the gnats infestation would be 1000 times worse. I operate a business and rely on professional businesses to produce what they claim they offer. I own several real estate rental properties and daycares centers I would not recommend using this company.

At 10am no one had shown up, so I called them and they informed me they had a schedule change at their morning meeting. No one called me. They assured me that they would be at my house this same day at 3pm. Still, no one showed up and no one called me. About a week and a half later, a sales rep called me wanting to conduct an annual inspection. I informed the sales rep of what had previously transpired and he was not aware of the missed appointment. I requested he have his branch manager contact me, if he wanted to save me as a customer and I have still not received a call back to date. Terrible customer service!!! I do not recommend using this company.

What I was told would be the process didn't seem to be what was delivered but trusted they knew what they were doing. Had to have them come back out a couple times. We had been told that as long as we maintained service with them, the warranty for the recluse treatment would continue for the lifetime of the house, even if it was sold. We recently sold the house and when I called to let them know that it was going to the new owners they informed me that the warranty had expired because I didn't pay the warranty renewal. Not once had I been told about a warranty renewal and I have paid ALL my bills. They said nothing could be done about it now since the warranty expired a month after (which would have been in July 24 according to them). I'm still not sure they did the full treatment based on what I was initially told and what was actually done.

Their staff is always friendly and professional, and I appreciate that they are cognizant of our children and pets when applying ant control. Our last technician made appoint to only apply the ant repellent in areas where our pets would not easily get into it. As soon as he put on the application, the ants in our kitchen were gone. I've always felt their rates are reliable, and they offer good discounts and packages. Yes, they do tend to call several times a year with new offers, but each time they call their staff is always so friendly. I don't ever feel pressured once I say no.

Additionally, The carpet installer pointed out a leak in a secondary window in a bedroom that discolored the baseboard and should have been seen by Matt. My girlfriend also had her home inspected by Hawley and the drywall in her bathroom is soft from an obvious leak in the shower. This was a slipshod inspection
