The owners are very helpful and nice to talk to. The building it's self is quite easy to get into. There's only a few small steps and that's it. The only option with parking is to park across the road on the street, or park round the back near the library and walk to it. I use this shop a lot and its very reasonably priced.

They have a quiet room with reptiles in. They also have a room with fish. In the shop they have all aquatic and reptile accessories like food, books, lighting, heating, decor and more. They are open Monday Friday 9.30 5.00pm. Saturday 10.00 5.00pm. Sunday 10.00 4.30pm And on wednesday they shut at 8.00pm!

They must have a least twenty different dog beds so all sizes dogs are catered for. They have an extensive range of foods for all types of animals from the food that is prescribed for medical conditions to the cheap and cheerful food. There is a range of pet treats just be careful if you take your dog with you as mine had fun with her nose in the selection of pigs ears. There is also two resident parrots who will talk to you. You can also use their pet grooming service (I haven't used it so can't comment) A friend of mine uses them all the time, she says they are excellent.
