So found this place after searching for a nearby nail salon that does the dip powder at a…read morereasonable price I found this. I read through the reviews and this is what I concluded after my first visit: It's not the most beautiful place or best location (large strip mall with nothing in it, large speed bumps). On a positive note, plenty of parking! The employees English is good. Employees make some small talk but for the most part it's quite and relaxing. I called ahead on a Saturday for an afternoon appointment for dip powder and pedi. Phillip did my mani and some other gentleman did my pedi. Phillip was extremely gentle and precise. I always seem to get cut around my cuticles which bothers me and hurts me days on after but I didn't feel discomfort at all! The gentleman that did my pedi did an awesome job as well! I'm not sure the reviewer who said she wished more time on the pedi because I felt the pedi was in depth and amazing! He massaged my legs and feet all the way until there was absolutely no more salt/sugar particles left! -Amazing selection of colors - They don't talk about about you in a different language - There's no pressure in selecting a color - REASONABLE prices I will defiantly be back!

I have been going to Vivid for about 2 years. Usually, they do a really good job (that is why I'm…read moregiving them 2 stars instead of 0). I usually go to anyone who is available and have never had an issue...... until today. I sat in the right chair in the second row closest to the register. I requested a full set with design and nude acrylic. Not only did the technician rush through this process, I ended up with crooked nail installation, bumpy acrylic lay, and subpar replica of the requested design. I paid $80 + a tip (I try to tip regardless). I don't even live in Estero; I drive out of my way because I typically have a good experience here. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! I will no longer be a patron here.

Not a place for men. My wife goes here frequently and occasionally I will have a Mani/ Petty with…read moreher. The quality of the technician that I have had has been substandard. I don't believe they think males will be as discriminating as females and the quality of work performed and thus you get the less capable technician. Today I had a 1 PM appointment with my wife and finally walked out at 1:30 PM without having been attended to while every female who walked in with an appointment was immediately attended to.
