I've worked in fine dining…read morebefore switching to management/engineering, so I understand service, and I'm overly nice and over-tip. If you arent fluent in Portuguese they have no patience, I actually didn't have issues at other fine dining restaurants in Sao Paulo which would be considered higher tier, some were better lower tier and nicer. They did improve at the end after I basically told them how to be nice and patient. Very bad and I'll check the other higher rated restaurants or pizza in the future.
