The language barrier was not too overbearing, but we had been in the country a few days at this point, so we knew a few key words to get us going, also the guy that greeted us at the front (whom was very well dressed might I add) was super nice and helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed for an amazing dining experience. The Caprisi salad: Delicious. The Bruschetta: Awesome. The Pizzas: Phenominal! I had no idea Brazil was so big on pizza, they're everywhere! Something this pizza-lover was very happy to find out. Aside from the exquisitely delectable food offerings, the decor was one of the coolest restaurants I've ever been in. There is this exotic, outdoorsy - garden feel to it (it IS an indoor joint tho) truly a beautiful space. I was expecting your typical, casual pizza joint and I was surprised to see that Carlos Pizza is a lot more elegant than that.
