Rude. Wouldn't own up to her mistake until she realized she was wrong, but then later recanted AGAIN that it wasn't her fault. Yet waived the fee to correct. Why do that if she didn't know it was her fault? THEN rudely hung up on my mother who is elderly, trying to explain her issue. The issue made by the ACCOUNTANT!! Will not return, nor will extended family. And, I'll spread the word at union meetings about the treatment. Accusing my mother of lying to cover her mistake...what a sad shame. read more

Extremely poor service. Refuses to return phone calls. Becky told me that she does not usually communicate via email! She agreed to take on a job, then did not do the job and months later, denied that she ever agreed to do it. This was after I had sent her many files over the months related to that job. As a result of her actions, I was sued because I did not produce financial materials in a timely fashion. read more

If I could give a lower rating I would, while we were using them they basically charged us a bunch of money for me to do all of the accounting for them, they had us do half of the math for them. They made up check numbers and said they couldn't get us a profit and loss statement without these non existent checks. Also now, all of the employees are waiting on w2s for tax season (it's march), and now they're saying they didn't receive information again, when I personally handled that and know for a fact they received it, so apparently they lose stuff and it becomes your fault. most unprofessional accounting firm I have ever dealt with. read more
