Most Drs are either associated with a larger health group or leave a forwarding number for record retrieval, but nothing from her - just a disconnected phone. Very unprofessional. This is a business whose sole purpose is to help people and issued cancellation fees without communication a mere 9 days after the worst national disaster in our area in years.
