I had a really bad experience would would strongly recommend anyone NOT do business with them. I had an appointment 9 days after Hurricane Erma hit the area and I was without electric for 11 days. I called and left a message stating this and now after all this time I am receiving collection calls from a collection agency for a $75.00 appointment cancellation fee. I called their office and they told me they do not call regarding these fees and turn them over to a collection agency 6 months later. This is a business whose sole purpose is to help people and issued cancellation fees without communication a mere 9 days after the worst national disaster in our area in years.
