Ha Long is your standard Polish Chinese restaurant. The menu basically consists of various combinations of chicken, pork, beef, or veal stir-fried alongside vegetable on a wok that isn't hot enough. For excitement, your dish might come on a sizzling plate. Nothing really special, though I'd note that they offer xiu-mai, ha-cao (coming in a broth bizarrely), and pho. The food is tasty but unremarkable. The portions are generous and prices reasonable. I'd give the place an average rating plus an extra star for good service. The lady who works there is quick on her feet and is always super nice. read more
